ベルモンド ミラフローレス パーク(Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel, Lima)

Comfortable and spacious rooms. A good location with nice views of the ocean. A lively breakfast buffet in a rooftop restaurant but the selection ok. Service was attentive and prompt. The elevators were sporadic and rather than wait we ended up taking the stairs several times. I didn’t mind, but other members of my party were not thrilled. The rooms were certainly spacious and well lit. I’d say this is a good and reliable place to start your Peruvian adventure.

Fine luxury hotel with excellent service and beautiful traditionally furnished rooms. The attention to details is apparent. An excellent city hotel overlooking the Pacific. The staff at the hotel are naturally friendly and professional.

I had a great stay at the hotel, it is in great location. Staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. the hotel is on the older side but well maintained. Breakfast is excellent in rooftop terrace, great selection and great service. Would recommend and come back

Hotel is nice, very good and high standat of service from waiters. High quality breakfast with a large verity of food and beverge. Room and bathroom were not clean and not well mantained,coffee machine not working This time I booked a room with city view, the view is apoartments in near by bildings.... I am very disspointed, I styed at this hotel before and enjoyed .... but this time I don't recommend the hotel unfortunately

For us, this place was where memories of a lifetime are made. This hotel is one of two hotels we stayed in in Peru, and both were simply perfect. These hotels have reset the bar for excellence. This was a stay of a lifetime. I cannot explain what an amazing experience it was, but I will try. I'll start with the staff, which makes or breaks a hotel. They are, bar none, the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel. Brilliant customer service without being subservient. They are kind and hospitable without patronizing. You feel completely comfortable asking for what you need, and they make sure you get it. It felt like the best kind of homecoming every evening when we would return in the evenings. The bar is small, intimate, and perfect. It is the most creative hotel bar I have experienced. The coffee bar alone was worth waking up for. It was awesome. The place itself is perfectly located, and the view is wonderful. The restaurant is something you will not forget. This hotel knows how to make you love them and it. No hotel experience has ever compared. I honestly feel like my mistake was waiting all this time for the best possible vacation experience. I cannot express my gratitude for making my family feel so welcome. We will all remember it for the rest of our lives. I mean that sincerely. I will not name specific names because every single person was great to us.

This was the most amazing hotel - the location was wonderful - it was close to the Larcomar neighbourhood and made for very enjoyable walks and scenery. However, the best part as the customer service - the staff were amazing. Never did you walk by without them acknowledging you with a warm hello or good morning. Service in the restaurants and bar was personal, warm and friendly. The staff remembered you, always made extra effort to make you feel comfortable and at home. And the hotel was gorgeous - the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the amenities were plentiful. I would go back to Lima just to stay at this hotel. Incredible.

The most wonderful hotel you could imagine in Lima Peru. Staff were all so friendly and extremely happy to help with directions and any tour bookings. Our room on level 9 looked over the ocean and was well presented and very comfortable. The Executive Lounge was peaceful and there was lovely food available . Breakfast up the on the top floor was unimaginable due to the fresh beautiful presentation

In terms of service, the best hotel we stayed at in South America. The breakfast is brilliant (it set an unmatched standard for our trip around S America!) and Alfonzo made us feel instantly welcome and couldn’t have been more attentive and thoughtful. This was one of three hotels we stayed at (of 14) that also made a really good latte! We took advantage of the complimentary Pisco lesson in the bar before dinner and Andre was both funny and informative. It was great to have the opportunity to learn to make the world famous Pisco Sour properly as well as to learn a little about the spirit and other ways to enjoy it - however, this one did slightly ruined the next couple of versions we were served outside of the hotel! The reception / concierge was very helpful both in getting us quickly to our room on arrival (at midnight) and also changing notes (the only hotel we stayed at that actually had some small dollar bills to hand) and with info about where to get cash etc. The hotel restaurant is excellent and we had a great meal which included a delicious version of Peruvian Pato w/ rice. We didn’t have the time or weather to make use of the small but well equipped gym and rooftop pool. If we are ever in Lima again I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

Nice place, great service, pleasant staff. Don't try the restaurant unless you have reservations and plenty of time and are extremely flexible. Otherwise, all good!! Breakfasts were awesome. Security and safety were on display 24/7 Cleanliness always apparent.
