素晴らしい滞在、そして価格以上の価値。とても広々としたアパートメントで、小さなお子様連れのご家族に最適です。お子様が遊んだり転がったりできるスペースが必要です。

良いホテルでした！部屋の椅子のアームレストが壊れていて、お願いしても交換してもらえませんでした😢 ちょっとした問題ですが、それ以外は良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。

最高の立地です。ショッピングモールのすぐそばで、地元の美味しいお店も徒歩圏内です。居心地が良く、素敵な滞在になりました！

良い、広々、フレンドリー、朝食も美味しい。ダウンタウンの中心に位置し、ショッピングモールやレストランも近くにあります。

チェックインはスムーズで迅速でした。部屋は清潔で広々としており、設備も整っていました。大家族に最適です。

Booked an apartment comes with 2 rooms and a living room. Need to pay RM10.00 for extra blanket. Free parking.

Nice location. Service fine. The manager of reception gave a cold face like I owe her money. Even though the furniture is old, can keep clean to stay.

The air condition is not working and not cold even after maintenance staff were to repair it so we changed rooms to a higher floor but the bathroom heater is sometimes hot and sometimes not. Overall our stay at the hotel is happy.

We booked two of the two-bedroom executive apartments, expecting both units to come with the full executive setup which including an ensuite bathroom in each room, as is standard for this category. Unfortunately, one of the apartments did not have an ensuite, which was a significant disappointment. What made it worse was that we were never informed of this difference at the time of booking or upon check-in. Had we known in advance, we could have planned accordingly or made a different choice. Instead, we only discovered it after settling in, which was frustrating! especially given what we paid for an “executive” category. For the price point, we expected consistency across both units. Having to share a single bathroom among guests in what is supposed to be an executive apartment simply does not match the standard advertised. We hope the management will be more transparent about room configurations going forward, and consider updating the listing to clearly reflect any differences between units.
