キングウッドミリの部屋の質がまだ高く維持されていて嬉しいです。部屋に着くととても快適でリラックスでき、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。他のホテルのように設備が古びておらず、各階にウォーターサーバーが設置されていて、とても良かったです。

We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Bibina with drinks and towels, a great first impression. The Bonzer Restaurant closed earlier than expected, so we tried room service breakfast instead. The mushroom soup was tasty, though the coffee latte was cold and the pasta too spicy for my like. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, that I can agree meeting good 3 star standards. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.

*Review: Kingwood Hotel Miri* I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, possibly due to my late-night arrival. I was given a premium room, which added extra comfort to my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the reception desk to the restaurant team. Literally in from of mall and wireless walk. good location, minus point on no specific hotel parking but when i was there, parking was not an issue. rooms are nice with good amenities. Beware, the in house bfast is not buffet but rather just a meal and a drink which just an okay meal.

The hotel is surrounded by food stalls. The room is neat and clean. The price is very reasonable for a high-rated hotel. The way hotel welcomes you, upon check-in, makes you feel truly appreciated.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Miri town, just a walking distance of Miri Waterfront and Imperial City Mall. The room is clean, neat and surprisingly spacious. I’ve had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

It was a Sunday and I was having a very bad migraine intending to rest and sleep in. Early in the morning there were drilling works carried out next door disrupting my sleep. Called the reception and they responded saying there are no works and it should be from outside without even checking. Isnt it common sense not to carry out any noisy works during a weekend especially a Sunday? Subsequently I complained to the reception during check out and there was no apology offered. Reception just kept quiet and did not give me any reaction. I used to come stay often but after this time I’m not coming back.
