Paradise Beach Club

I had a lot of fun in this wonderful hostel, and its name indicates its place and its beauty. And all of their currency is hospitality and generosity, especially at the reception, Mr. Bimsaras and his elegant colleague, who has experience in managing her reservations at the hostel. The room is beautiful and the morning breakfast is for all tastes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to sweet Mirissa.

私たちはここに 2 泊し、スリランカ滞在 14 日間のうち 9 日目に到着しました。ホテルがランドリーサービスを宣伝していたので、同日返却で、初日の朝8時前にフロントデスクのスタッフにランドリーを預けました。翌朝チェックアウトすることと、客室にある総合案内シートに記載されているように、チェックアウト前に洗濯物が返却されることを必ずスタッフに確認しました。スタッフはこれは問題ないと保証してくれました。私はツアーに参加していたので、午前9時30分から午後9時まで出かけました。翌朝、洗濯物が戻ってこなかったので、私はフロントデスクのスタッフ（奇妙なことに、前の朝に話したのと同じ人）にフォローアップしました。彼は、洗濯物がその朝取りに来たばかりであることを示しました。つまり、私の洗濯物は机に置かれていました。 24 時間以上放置され、チェックアウト日 (チェックアウトは正午) の午後 4 時以降まで洗濯物が返されないこと。何度も話し合い、粘り強くスタッフが話し合った結果、誰かがランドリー施設に行って、できるだけ早く洗濯物を取りに行くことに同意しました。約1時間後、当然のことながら洗濯物が洗われずに戻ってきました。チェックアウト時に請求書を確認しましたが、残念ながらランドリー料金がまだ残っていました。この人もまた、私が以前のやり取りで話したのと全く同じ人物だったということに注意しなければなりません。私はなぜ洗濯料金の責任を負わないのか説明しなければなりませんでしたが、その後、スタッフは料金を削除することに同意しました。洗濯物がある場合は、マタラ ロードのフード シティまで 200 メートル歩いて、洗濯用粉末を購入することをお勧めします。上記の大失敗を除けば、部屋は清潔で、予想通り少し時代遅れでした。ハウスキーピングとレストランのスタッフは素晴らしく親切でした。 Type-G プラグがいくつか、Type-C プラグが 1 つ、そしてベッドの頭にある Type-D プラグが 2 つあったとしか思えません。興味深いことに、ベッドサイド ランプ自体はアダプターのない Type-C であり、したがって装飾目的のみに役立ちます。結論から言うと、プラグアダプターを忘れないでください。

The website photos are really deceiving. The rooms are very dated needing considerable renovation. Most of the outdoor sun lounges were either completely broken or in very poor condition. The resort allows people from outside the resort to hire sun lounges and swim in the pool so it’s a bit of a free for all. Didn’t feel my property was secure. It felt like a backpackers resort at a premium price. On the plus side it’s right on the beach.

Very rude person at front desk I ask to know where is my room , one of them shout to me.;i got my key room with no information.I noticed that i did not get the room I booked ,they give me other room in old building But other staffs are perfect and hotel location is good Just at hotel reception , they are Rude If you read this don't come here

The hotel has a very nice beach front garden, what a pity the a**osphere is wasted by an annoying and persistent music coming from the bar at the pool, it should be so nice to enjoy the sound of the waves and the wind instead. Sign of poor management.

Well all I can say is what a fantastic place to end a tour of SRI Lanka, the tour has been quite tiring at times nes but very enjoyable, then to spend the last 2 nights of the trip here is perfectl. Lovely hotel, on the beach, rooms are great, comfy beds, food great, staff great , just Paradise

Lovely hotel located on the beach. Rooms were of a decent size, and the facilities were good. Was lovely to walk down the beach in the evening passing the many bars and restaurants nearby - although the food is great in the hotel itself. Lots to do in the area so ideal not only for sun worshippers but those interested in all the various seas sports and whale watching options etc

Rooms are good enough for what I paid but a little tired and I worried over the safety of my belongings here . The position is amazing and I was happy enough with the service although found one waiter in the restaurant a little rude to be honest ! Some customer service skills would be good ! I only had a dinner here and breakfast and it was fine for what I paid . For a stunning location with a bit more inves**ent they could charge a lot more and be the best in town ! The towels are so old they need replacing and but best bathroom products I’ve used all holiday , All in all Not a bad stay for the money at times a little noisey with banging doors which isn’t their fault to be fair ! I’d give a 3/5

NOTE: we were only day guests here. The location of this hotel is stunning, the beach and pool area is beautiful, plenty of space for everyone and it is cleaned regularly. However, the staff are ignorant and lazy, could not care less about customers. No one offers drinks/food and we had to ask 4 times to get chips cleaned off a table and off the floor from previous customers (this took 20mins). We also saw the manager take empty bottles from our table and put it on another table for one of his staff to sort later. We witnessed a waiter clear a table and put all the dishes on our table whilst we were in the pool and then were surprised when we told them to remove it. The food is not good, hot or worth the money either when there are some fab places to eat on the beach.
