The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service

It's a so-so. It's far from many places but that's about it

I liked the character of the hotel with its elaborate rococo design. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced, I booked for an overlay, however the cost of cabbing it to and from the airport $50 each way, countered any savings, that in insight I could have booked something closer with a free shuttle. Staff had cab waiting for us in early hours as requested.

Nicely decorated hotel. Nice to have a jacuzzi and fireplace in the room. We were on the 2nd floor and our room had a deadbolt (one review stated their room didn’t have one). We had a car and it was only a 12 minute drive to the airport or the park n fly on a Friday morning. Front desk staff were all very friendly.Continental Breakfast was an additional $10pp, and you could add eggs for $2 and so forth. we wanted to get to the airport, so didn’t stay for breakfast. Free parking and close to amenities. Would stay again when flying from Toronto.

This hotel is a little dated, although very comfortable. There is a really creepy carriage statue like thing at the back entrance of the property that looks like it is falling apart. Other than that it was a lovely stay and staff was very friendly.

The property is good. The pool and hot tub are great-- the room was just fine with all the amenities. The restaurant is TERRIBLE. Rotten food, undercooked meat, just disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Very comfortable. Great bed and couch. Only issue was no live TV services. Not sure if they were just on the Fritz or changing providers. The WiFi was slow and a little unstable. But still worked. But the bed was amazing comfortable.
