Very good location in the town centre, close to everything. Clean modern rooms. Very friendly staff and food in the bar and restaurant was very fresh and tasty. No complaints and would recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. Will be back for sure.

Very clean and spacious room was provided with a free continental breakfast which was a nice added extra. The lady serving the breakfast was a Ray of sunshine, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but it was the morning of the 10th September. Really made my day.

We were a wedding party of 9 and arrived before 12, so technically 2-3 hours early. The Lady on duty (who has worked there over 12 years) rang the boss and we got access to the rooms and the keys before we left to go to the wedding, which was important, as we returned post 11.30pm. I thought that was excellent service and beyond what they had any duty to provide. The rooms were very clean, lovely showers, ample tea and coffee. Breakfast was fine considering it was included in the price. I thought, for London, it was excellent value for money and plenty of parking was a bonus.

I got served by a nice lady who was very sweet and friendly named Fouzia. Had good food and great service !!! Highly recommend going here for food or even some drinks, there is also a lounge at the back

Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well proportioned. It was a hot night, but a little too noisy outside to leave the window open, but there was a fan provided in the room. They also provided a complimentary continental breakfast which we weren't expecting but was very nice, with fresh pastries.

The staff were very good and welcoming. Had a meal and that too was very good . The room (11)however was not too good although it had all the amenities including tea/coffee maker, TV, safe etc the room was very hot with no window to open . 2 fans were in the room which helped a little but even with the fans the night was very uncomfortable.The shower was terrible unless you are under 5 foot. The need for a shower mat is a must as bath slippy. For £175 I would at least expect to sleep well and not be sweaty.

Very comfortable room and beds. Free parking, freshly prepared food from an extensive menu. Staff attentive and friendly, a nice atmosphere in the pub. An unexpected bonus was the complimentary continental breakfast. Would strongly recommend this as the food and room were very reasonably priced as well.

I will like to thank the staff for the amazing work they are doing. Our stay was really good nothing to complain about. Good food, clean rooms, good parking area. See you in July Thank you from the whole family.

I stayed here overnight with my son on a recent trip to visit family. And I genuinely cannot fault the accommodation here. The room was immaculately clean, the bed linen was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, with a beautiful waterfall shower, which we really enjoyed. Everything we needed and more was provided in the room. My son and daughter ate here too, which they both really enjoyed. An excellent stop-over, which is very reasonably priced. A great value find.
