Impeccable, service, and hospitality The whole team were very responsive to our requests and made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. From the moment we arrived until departure the staff exceeded our expectations The room was very spacious and the highlight was the pillow menu. The restaurant was excellent and both Breakfast and Dinner exceeded our expectations . Last, but not least, the Spa was the highlight of the Hotel with amazing facilities and services.

I would rate it 4stars Hotel, It’s a bit vage when to pay extra for drinks during the meals . the cleaners of the rooms kept the whole day their cleaning stations in the hallways Personel is very friendly. There is no visible shopping for local products in the hotel . The outside pool is more than awesome

This was a random but excellent find for a two days mountain and wellness break. Enjoyed the location, the view, the room the spa the very cool outdoor infinity pool, the sauna and its relax room. The staff were nice, breakfast excellent. The all-inclusive concept with Jause, free minibar, guest-card with free cable car use worked very nicely for us. Yes, we would have loved to stay two nights instead of only.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Excellent service quality especially at the bar. Extraordinary food quality. Great dining experience at Kilian Stuba. Professional staff at the SPA. Quick check in and check out. Altogether an awesome time.

This was an amazing stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel! Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful and spacious, the facilities are great, staff members are so welcoming and helpful, the area and views from the balcony were breathtaking and the food is delicious. At night there was a piano player which was joyful.

The hotel has great location and is well maintained, staff are friendly and I enjoyed my stay a lot, There are two things that I did not like about the hotel, breakfast buffet is very limited and has nothing special, I also tried their laundry service once and I regretted this because my clothes get faded

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff and excellent food and amenities. Point for improvement are the beds, extremely firm and the top mattress seems to have a plastic cover, which is uncomfortable. From a hygiene perspective understandable, but more likely to be used in a hostel instead of a 5 star hotel.

We had an amazing experience during our stay in Sept 2022 in the Family Suite. As English-speakers the staff at the front desk and dining spaces took extra time to ask how our stay was going throughout our vacation. Each meal was delicious and our kids felt comfortable throughout the hotel. The added touches for the kids in the family suite made our stay extra special as well as the spacious, private outdoor patio space on the first floor for us to enjoy the mountain air. Pictures of the pool do not do it justice and we were blown away by the scenic views and relaxing mountains surrounding the hotel. The included passes for the area’s lifts/gondolas was an added bonus. Our only critiques are the hardness of the beds (even for European standards) and the lack of fluffiness/comfort in the pillows. We’ve already recommended some of our friends and family to stay here who are planning a trip to the region next summer.

Our stay at the Travel Charme Ifen Hotel can be best described with one word: perfect. The hotel has a great design from the outside and the inside, the staff is friendly and competent and the food is excellent. The infinity pool is amazing and offers great views. Even though being a big hotel it never felt busy or crowded. We loved our room both from design and functionality (with a mini walk-in closet), it offered a great view and had a nice balcony. We will definitely come back and enjoy this great hotel again!
