I had an amazing stay! Employees were very nice and helped a lot with any of my needs and requests. If I am to visit again this will be my hotel of choice!

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mobile, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic upkeep were not a priority. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about sanitation. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable — surfaces appeared unclean, and it did not feel like the room had been properly prepared for a new guest. To make matters worse, the refrigerator still contained drinks left behind by a previous occupant, which was both unpleasant and unprofessional. The bathroom was in poor condition as well. The walls showed peeling paint, and the floorboards throughout the room were damaged and worn. I even encountered bugs during my stay, which made the environment feel even more uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend staying at this location. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance from a Marriott property.

The room was pretty nice easy check in but you have to request to service the room and when they did we didn’t get new sheets or covers and clean towels were left outside the door on the floor that’s not clean to use also when I checked out an hour later the tried to charge my card additional fees when the room was paid in full I called and ask what the fee was no one could tell me and the bar wasn’t open to the guest

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very polite

Elevator had a dirty moo smell. Hotel is renovated but the rooms did not appear to be fully renovated especially the showers and AC unit. The stitch of mildew upon entering room which was the shower curtain. Then what appears to be blood in shower but the housekeeper that came said it was rust and provided new shower curtains and shower liner. The bed was typically but the hotel is off the main highway so you do hear a lot of traffic

The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through ******* and my total was different than when booked through *******. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain that it was a security deposit, did not give us any info. when I went to call front desk about toilet issues, the phone is just there for show and not even plugged into wall.

Stayed here for Mardi Gras, it was nice room was clean really enjoyed the balcony. Close to restaurant, shopping and easy access to interstate. Definitely recommend

Staff Charged me for 4 rooms. I used 3. Called the hotel to correct problem. I was given a number to a full voicemail. I called back and was promised someone will call me back. No one did. Front desk supervisor told me they will handle it. But nothing was done. Had to call corporate.

Not as clean as expected. Strong odor in elevator, hallway carpet on third floor dirty, with scraps of debris in front of a few rooms. Will not stay there again.
