La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mobile

Staff are lovely, hotel is super nice, slight problem it’s in a very sketchy area, drug dealers outside doing trade. Yes the sercurity is good, and I felt safe, but it’s the area that’s sketchy - don’t walk out at nighttime.

酒店位置不錯，就在大路邊上，去哪裡都不遠。前台服務人員有禮貌， 設施店內環境還不錯，還算湊合，房間也還可以早餐就還是老樣子，沒什麼特別的。

Our room had bedbugs, and we went to report it they staff was rude about the situation. We had pictures, and they did not want to give us a refund, because they did not believe us. We had several pictures.

Clean room, staff was nice. Parking was secured and Coffee was hot and available 24/7.

I and my family encountered a bed bug on my daughter's bed after she returned from the bathroom around 3am in the morning. She was actually able to record the bed bug crawling on her pillow. She woke me up and we immediately went down to the front desk to inform them and show the video evidence. The front desk clerk said she was sorry but the hotel was booked and wouldn't be able to change our room until later. I explained we had already stayed in the room for one night and all of our belongings had been in that room and could have possibly been infested.We had traveled from Central Florida along with 10 other people in the same vehicle with their belongings. I asked if I could be accommodated for the 2 nights were we in that room, the clerk said she had to wait on the GM to come in to ask and schedule for pest control to come out. I asked so what are you going to do for me and my kids belongings that were in that room and may have bed bugs. Again no answer because she couldn't make the decision. We stayed up for the rest of the night afraid we would see more they ended up switching our room for the last 2 nights. Not only that the room had a lingering fishy smell due to previous guests having seafood in the room.We had a whole day of activities the next day, so I asked for a call from the GM. He never called and everytime I reached out he was not in or out sick. I have yet to hear anything from this hotel and I have now contacted a lawyer to pursue further

I had ******* cancel this reservation through their automated system. Apparently the hotel never got the cancellation and has charged me $248 for a stay I did not check into, and once again cancelled. I’m sure no record will show up and I’m sick of going in circles with greedy corporations that lost no money for this whole time frame. Would not recommend either company due to poor and callous customer service.

Room was clean but carpet was threadbare. Had to change rooms at checkin as key fob didn't work. Good breakfast options as and hotel was quiet

Not worth the money. Unfriendly, intrusive staff. Did not feel pet friendly. Half cleaned room.

The rooms were spotless everything so clean the staff were all very courteous and welcoming
