Todo en general muy bien solo decir que la habitación que nos tocó no era de las mejores y tenía algunas cosas en mal estado como el microondas y una silla de la terraza rota pero el hotel en general super bien y el personal también. Repetiremos.

Gran experiencia, lugar económico pero de gran calidad para pasar unos días en temporada baja. Desayuno muy recomendable al estar incluido. Tiene una gran oferta de servicios. Parece ideal para familias

Todo bien a excepción de la limpieza en la habitación. Se han limitado a hacer la cama.

Las instalaciones estaban bastante bien, en la piscina se estaba muy agusto, el supermercado lo mas! Si lo llego a saber no me voy cargada de casa, precios muy buenos. No estaría mal renovar los billares y bajarlos de precio y poner algo más, dardos, mas mesas de pin pon... El buffet desayuno no estaba mal, pero alguno de los camareros poco agradable, adjunto foto de la cucharilla que me dieron para desayunar. Ya que te toque un apartamento u otro es otra cosa, a nosotros nos tocó mirando a la plaza, pero cortan los ruidos a las 12. En general bien, seguramente repitamos algún año.

A great place for a group of friends or family to stay. Everything is on site , The sea is across the road . Bus service just outside . My only complains would be to see the staff happier and the baked beans to be hot , or even warm some days. Breakfast was very good

Apartments are relatively aged but have recently been refurbished and they are clean and tidy. Not luxurious but all the basic amenities are available. Public area also been refurbished and the terrace looking out to the sea is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Food at the buffet was plentiful and satisfactory. Great resort for family with young children as there is a full entertainment programme. Excellent value for a beach front holiday.

First came here in 2017 and loved it so when the chance came to go again this year for an absolute bargain price (£1300 for two adults and two kids half board) we jumped at it. A lot had changed since our last visit including redevelopment of the pool area to include a splash park and it seems as though there is now a lot more rooms too. Check in was easy. We were given a room quite a distance from reception and up two flights of stairs which wasn’t ideal with a low mobility guest - we’d requested a ground floor before arriving but apparently this message wasn’t passed on from the travel agent. Reception tried hard to move us but could only do so on day 2 by which point we thought it was too much effort to move as only staying for a week so we stayed where we were. On the first night the cleaners also took our plastic sheet that we use to protect the bed as one of our children is a bed wetter. I tried explaining this to reception and was pretty much met with shrugged shoulders. No empathy or understanding was shown. Not even when I explained it was their mattress that would now be ruined. They told me they were too busy to find it and it was pretty much ‘what do you want us to do about it?’ - reception often gave the impression that everything was an effort and you were putting them out by having basic requests. Rooms - Spacious, clean, modern. Like the fact the bedrooms are separate to the living and kitchen area. Unlike other hotels we’ve been to, the balcony felt safe and secure. Beds were changed daily and we were always given fresh towels. Food - Repetitive but edible. Always something to eat and a couple of themed nights whilst we were there. Always fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, chips, loads of bread etc. salads, seafood and fresh burgers and hot dogs. Breakfast you could have omelettes and pancakes made much to the delight of our kids. Had to pay for drinks though at dinner which I’d never come across before with half board - not even free water or juice available. Pools - Great. Probably the best bit of the place. The main pool would be busy up until 2 and then after 5. I assume because the Spanish went and had a siesta during this time. We never had an issue getting our sunbeds every day even though we didn’t make it to the pool until 10am most days. The splash park is fun but only really suitable for little ones and up to about 12. There is a height restriction of 1.40. It’s a bit of a trek from reception but we always found it cooler up that end for some reason. The middle pool was much quieter and seemed to be the pool that adults went to have a bit of piece from the other louder areas. We only went to the middle pool once and were met with glares as our kids were splashing about so we left. Lifeguards might as well not be there as mostly chatting up their girlfriends or holiday makers or looking at their phones. Entertainment - Yes all in Spanish (mostly) but we like that. No ac in bedrooms so sweating all night and ac in living room would not work unless patio door open also had ants coming from under the sofa which wasn't ideal all entertainment in Spanish which was a pain as we had a 5 yr old with us who would've loved it but lovely staff and amazing pools

Predominately Spanish speaking hotel for the locals. Well first thoughts on arrival, was what have we done in booking this hotel for our family of 10 a holiday here ! We were dropped off from our transfer with 8 suitcases, 3 pushchairs, all hand luggage at the bottom of a slop and had to make our way to the hotel which was about 50-80 meters walk, greeted with loads of steps , but also fortunately a ramp. We made our way to reception to check in, the reception staff were friendly enough, not English speaking but enough to understand, but wasn’t fully aware of what we needed to do, had to work it out ourselves or ask other English people what was what, also at reception when we asked for help to our rooms, we were told it was not possible for any help, we made a few trips back n forth. The rooms ! We had 3 apartments, one on the ground floor, and 2 on second floor, please be aware there are no lifts, there are two sets of steps to get your luggage up, rooms are very basic, clean, there is air con in the lounge area only, not in the bedrooms, I found if you left the bedroom door open and left the air con on all night it did circulate a little, making it bearable Free safe to use in the bedroom , we hired a kettle for €20, which we got back on return, beds made each day, not the most comfy beds but ok, pillows were ok, we had one towel change, WiFi does not work in your rooms. We take that the rooms are just a base, it was ok and we managed fine. As we arrived late we had missed the meals but they had accommodated us with a salad and plate of meat and bottle of water, you could get more water at the bar The barman was very helpful for us with the WiFi code, the WiFi only works in main public areas, hit and miss really. The Pools. There are 2 main pools and splash area for the children, however, the first pool is on the next level, there are at least 30-40 steps to climb to get there, there is a lift here but it was broken for our last 3 days, so had to climb up the slops with the pushchairs or carry them up the steps, pools open from 10am, this is a gated area and the sunbeds are behind the gates, loads of sunbeds , however not so many umbrellas, so you need to be organised, there is a bar here, however this does not open until 12pm and closes again at 2pm for siesta , opens again around 5pm for 1-2 hrs, if you want a drink in between those times, you have to go back down the steps to the main bar The second pool is on the 2nd level up and again you have to walk to this on an incline, there is no bar here, the splash pool for the kids is on 3rd/4th level again very long walk and incline, there is a lift here or more steps, the lift takes ages as doesn’t take many at a time, once up here the kids absolutely loved it, loads for them to do in the pool, No bar here either that opened regularly, so extremely hot, no drink facility, you had to be prepared otherwise it’s a 10mins walk up and down the hill and steps for drinks, there is a small hut in t
