I always check this property first for availability because I like the convenience of the drive up rooms, however, my last stay was, in my opinion, a bit overpriced. First, the sidewalks at the outside access doors were not salted or sanded so it was a bit dangerous if you were carrying anything in your hands, the mattresses are starting to show their age, and not as comfortable as some other chains I’ve stayed at. Overall it’s a great place to stay if it’s a short time but having to wait for almost a week for a deposit to be refunded is a little rediculous in this day and age.

It was a really nice place. Noise from the highway is the only downfall. Staff was really staff and breakfast wss delicious. Thank you

Property is dated but it's reflected in the price. Suites are large and spacious but simply dated and in need of a refresh.

We had to use our towels and face clothes for the whole 3 days we were there. We were told by staff daily, there was not any fresh towels or face clothes they could provide us with. We were not charged the price that was quoted to us. Price was higher. Shower pipes rattle loudly. Closet door was hanging off. Window was cracked with pieces of glass on the window ledge. We were not informed of the roof of the building being repaired and put us in a room on the top floor. We will not be booking a room at this hotel or any Travelodge from this and past experiences.

This hotel is under construction which was not mentioned by *******. I booked and paid for a king suite but when I got to the hotel they told me the gabe the room to someone else. Instead I had to accept a lesser room for the price I paid. No discount was offered. The t furniture in our room is tough. There is 40 ish kids running around yelling and adults drinking beer in the main hallway having some kind of parents party.

The hotel appeared nice with checking in. Also great as it is very close to the ******. However around 6 o’clock pm when our poker tournament begins the evacuation (fire) alarms were sounding very loud constantly for about 25 minutes. Fire trucks blocking everyone in unable to get vehicle out at the time we needed to get out. Then again in the early morning hours after 730 am the alarms were sounding again and was unable to sleep in. These ones were intermittently several times. At checkout they never mention anything about being sorry for the disruptions. Also one of the two TVs only had a few channels while the other TV in the 2nd bedroom had multiple channels. The beds were comfortable.

Stayed for two nights and was pleased with the rooms. Breakfast was provided in the morning and was delicious!

Price was reasonable. Clean room .Breakfast was excellent . Rooms needs updating. Noisy because it was located near a major highway.

The room was smelling really bad.. We had to ask for some airfreshner. There was hair on the bed and the bedsheet were dirty. There is a 100$ dammage deposit that is not mentionned on the property price details. I secured that with my credit card and while checking out, they told me i shall get that money back in 4-5 business days.. If it was cash or debit card, it would be right away. The receptionist didn't tell me all of that while checking in. Such a bad customer service. Would not recommend.
