Will not stay again, this is my fourth time at this location. The last two times I stayed here there has been a constant beep that starts beeping at night and lasts all night until morning. Every 30 seconds it beeps, spend hours trying to walk around the unit trying to figure out how to stop this beeping. Could not track down where this was coming from. Then at 3:00 a.m, the building got so incredibly, that we both woke up sweating. There was so much heat coming from downstairs that it was unbearable. I had to message the management at 4:30 in the morning complaining about the issues. We had to open up every window to try to offset how hot it was, all the heat was turned off in the unit. We ended up not sleeping. Furthermore you're not able to pair your device to the TV and watch YouTube, which we had planned to watch last week killTony episode that we missed, spent over an hour trying to connect/pair device/ launch youtube but nothing worked. Also when we got there to check in, I forgot to text or email us the code for the door. I spent at least 30 minutes going through all my emails and text messages trying to find this code. Considering they told me that they sent it to me.... I ultimately had to call the property management and ask them when I would receive the code and they apologized and sent it to me right away. So the entire time they forgot to send me the code

A great place to stay and an improvement over the usual hotels/motels. Easy check-in/check-out process. I plan to stay here again on our next trip.

Clean room which was basically like a modern bachelor apartment. Looking forward to our stay in March!

Everything was great except for one small issue, couldn't get the coffee maker to work! Besides that phenomenal place!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed ,great kitchen , great wifi ! Watched the opener of the jays Yankees series ! We won 10-1 go jays Would highly recommended this spot

2 nights downtown in 102 Very comfortable and well equipped. Laptop worked well at the stand up breakfast bar. We packed a flashlight that substituted for no bedside light. Wonderful to have only 3 steps at the back door. I would have appreciated a blue box for recycling but I would definitely stay here again!

Room was fantastic - some outer work required on the property - stairs need to be upgraded

Great boutique hotel in DT Moncton! We stayed in the 2nd floor room - balcony. Check-in: Was seamless and got the information on time. It was too bad that we had to pay for one whole night even though we got there very early the next morning. It would have been nice if we were offered atleast a 50% reduced rate. Parking: Was convenient - however I'm not sure why the property charges $15+tax/day for it as the lot is quite big and can easily accommodate 4 cars (4 rooms). I would have appreciated free parking at this property. Balcony: We did not use it at all, but was clean. No real view just buildings across the street. Interior: Beautiful and love the modern touches. Lots of kitchen items included, bed was very comfortable (room was a little small, but we managed fine), bathroom was clean and modern. Walking distance: To restaurants and Main St. Recommendations: Bedroom needs a blackout + some sort of noise cancelling curtains - the room got so bright in the morning and you can very clearly hear the trains passing by at night. I would also include Loli Cafe just 2 mins down the street as a place for guests to visit.

The room itself was decent and spacious. The bathroom had black mold in the shower so felt gross and dirty. The area after dark didn’t feel safe - lots of solo men loitering. Also, I lost the room key - I expected a charge, but the charge was $45 + tax which I felt was quite excessive.
