Perfeito, atendimento sensacional, comida gostosa, ótima localização .

Convenient as near airport but was not satisfied with staff check in service. I had called 2 days prior to confirm it would be ok to pick me up at airport with the shuttle service offered was told it was out of normal hours but to call and would be fine, we called when we landed and was told no this isn’t possible. Forcing us to take a cab and spending double the expected price. Staff wasn’t very friendly we speak well Italian have no issues anywhere else weve been and she kept reverting to English only I found it quite rude

the hotel is located not far from the beach. the rooms are comfortable, they are cleaned and tidied and towels are changed every day. the food is delicious. the staff is extremely friendly. special praise for the waiter Danilo.I would come back to this hotel again

i've spent more than 15 years on the road for business. definately one of the best stays ever. no doubt about it

Nice familly type Hotel Friendly staff. Hotel is a bit dated but has this sicilian charm Nice and quite pool area, really enjoyed it when coming back from our days out 10 mn walk from the see. 8 minutes walks to bus stop 806 that takes you in center palermo for 1€50 im 20 minutes

Excellent hotel in a quiet location, convenient swimming pool and rooms with air conditioning. Staff always friendly, relaxing breakfast and a good restaurant too. The beach is at a pleasant walking distance and there are also many excellent local restaurants at a walking distance too. Definitely recommended.

The highlight of this hotel is the extremely kind and helpful staff. You couldn't even expect more in a 5 star hotel!! Very professional! Nice swimming pool and nice comfortable rooms with large balconies, cleaning and fresh towels every day.
