Apparently the hot tub has been down since July but when we booked it never said that, also still doesn’t say that on ******* normally they will cross it out if something is wrong. Also when got to the check in staff was rude about it when we asked and said it’s been broken only a couple months. July is not a couple of months. You could have offered me a refund for your amenities not working because that’s literally not my fault instead was just ignorant. Breakfast was the typical type at hotels. Our room was clean but the tub bottom looked dirty.
