Forgot money in my room and they said they did see it. It wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom pipe was broken so water was running from I got there and I’m sure it’s still running now. I was promised the room would be ready at a certain time and when I got there it wasn’t. I had to leave and come back

The pictures online are very misleading, we had a hole in our floor, no door knob on the bathroom and the place has a 75 sanatation rating. Needless to say we left as soon as we saw the rooms.

On the positive side, the room was clean but it was shabby and worn. Half of security lock was missing. One bedside light didn't work and the other was missing a shade. No complimentary breakfast - they were "remodeling" Check in was slow and tedious. $10 refundable deposit for the key. Long document to sign about extra guests, etc. Overall appearance of the outside was sketchy. The entire place needs a complete redo inside and out.

I did not enjoy stay at all. We stayed in a non smoking room with burn holes in bkanket and curtain. Blanket was a curtain. It matched curtain on window exactly. The towels were stained and walls had holes. The floor had given away near ac. The paneling and wall around ac was decrepit. Lock on front door had been busted off and was missing. The same door also had dents in it from soneone beating on door. Also the immenities in room were missing. We had ironing board with no cover and no iron. The tv had a good size scratch on screen. The motel property looked like a homeless shelter. Trash everywhere. Including a shopping kart parked next to a resident's room. There was not enough staff to clean roooms. They had to find room for me that was cleaned. Some of the residents were loitering in the parking lot all night and blaring music in front of our room at 3am. Then decided to peel out of parking lot when they left. Very inconsiderate. Nothing was done about this. I couldn't get any refund,i would have left after seeing my room. I will never stay at this motel again and i will never recommend Thank you for your concern

Went to office for batteries, but did not fix problem Maintenance did not come for over 4 hours. Kept going to office (4times) requesting repair Ice machine not working No blanket for bed No breakfast available even though advertised Pool closed - under repair Guest must take towels to office to exchange for clean. Housekeeping does not replace them Light over TV did not work Various color light bulbs in vanity and one missing Bath/shower head water continually runs or sprays even after turning completely off. The window to my room was broken. The bathroom was nasty. I paid $100 and could not stay there. I would never recommend anyone stay there

The smart TV in room 302 was not working properly. A staff member helped n the TV worked. The only reservation was, I had is the TV needed an assist thru my smartphone. Using super 8 password that I entered in my phone the TV started to work properly. Never before did I need to use my phone to get the TV working. Strange

The toilet was stopped up no smoke alarm phone disconnected lights by the door door had cracks in it tub dirty no clean lining or wash towels 2 day horrible would love a refund

The hotel does not look like what it’s suppose to it is VERYYYYYYYY NASTYYYYYY an it smelled like mildew all through the place it was very DIRTY that place should be shut down until it gets fixed like it should be
