Needed it for a weekend. I had a family event nearby. It was close enough to all the places I need to be.

The hotel has recently undergone a renovation, so it's updated-- very nice and clean. The hot breakfast was an unexpected plus! The only thing that bothered me was I could here absolutely everything from the hallway in the room...from door slams to someone blowing their nose in a room down the hall. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was kind, the hotel is clean and updated, and the coffee bar/hot breakfast made for a great business stay.

The hotel had excellent service staff was excellent very clean room was very clean also and plenty of parking in space for my vehicle and I also liked the complementary breakfast.

Very good beds, but construction odors, and rather expensive for this property, the breakfast and the "work out room".

The check in process was fine, the second night that we were there that is when issues occured. there was a guy who was arrested in the lobby and was causing a bunch of issues, we could hear him and the front desk lady yelling from our room. we also expressed we did not have any hot water and nothing was done about it so we had to take cold showers in the middle of winter. we could also smell smoke from other rooms that lead into our room from the vents when we requested a smoke free room. I will not be booking here again. I have stayed at many best westerns and have never experienced this before.

The morning breakfast was a bit catastrophic. The pancake machine didnt work and the sausage and potatoes were salty. There is a section that is still under construction,however the hotel overall was fairly clean. The night staff was more pleasant than the day staff. Its a decent location between fairfield and bridgeport.

Perfectly adequate for the expense. A few mixups like booking the wrong number of beds in the room due to confusing room type language. Also experienced technical issues with key cards suddenly not working. Otherwise, an above average experience.

The room was very clean and very comfortable, with good bedside reading and plenty of outlets, although the furniture and rug were slightly tired looking. It is close to family so likely we would stay there again.
