グランド ホテル テトゥーチオ(Grand Hotel Tettuccio)

The location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

They had a great breakfast. The room was big enough. The bathroom was also big enough. They had a kettle and a small refrigerator that was not cold enough so I just placed our water bottle near the window where it got colder. The location was okay near a Ferris wheel and some bistro.

Hotel in the center, beautiful structure, cleanliness, order and large visible spaces, useful internal parking available to guests, friendly staff ready to resolve requests. A a stone's throw to amazing Tettuccio terme.

The staff were delightful and very helpful with warm and welcoming smiles The room was small, basic, no control re air con, required two extra blankets, room was too cold, other rooms were very cold too. unable to leave windows open due to smell outside. Our lady who cleaned our room was delightful, we left a tip for her at reception, I do hope she received the envelope with her name, Breakfast was basic, requested some boiled eggs, they were more palatable than the scrambled eggs on offer. Dinner was included in the stay, the meals were small, not very tasty, lots of cheap pasta, only 2 meals were delicious and enjoyable IMHO others at the table were also disappointed with their meals. at no time did the staff query why we did not eat the meals, the salads were a welcome standby. 10 days at this accommodation was toooooooo long. We did enjoy the day tours

On the surface this hotel looks 4* ~ comfortable lounges, spacious conservatory dining area and all well decorated. The bedrooms are quite sp**** and old fashioned although clean. We stopped here for 3 nights whilst touring Italy. We had dinner the first evening, but were rushed by the waiting staff ~ they were literally removing plates before we had barely finished eating. The food wasn't fantastic, but edible and we didn't eat here again, apart from breakfast. The 'older' waiting staff were incredibly rude and had clearly not heard of customer service. One particular person on reception was exactly the same ~ I don't think I've ever come across someone so dreadful. We had an issue with the dining room the next evening, and I am still waiting to hear from the owner with an apology which was promised, but has so far not materialised! The town of Montecatini Terme is pleasant enough with plenty of restaurants. The shops looked quite 'up market'. It is only a short walk to the centre of town.

We checked in for 3 nights We were a group of 20 The rooms were decent but furniture was def worn out but bathrooms were good and quite big and very clean Only one small lift though so becomes very slow and difficult esp if you on a higher floor and the hotel is full Breakfast was not great either nor was the staff was hospitable We didn’t enjoy the food at dinner Except for dessert The hotel was decent but after one night at the hotel some of the rooms were missing money ,a gold bangle and a Gucci bag all from some of our suitcases Being a 4* hotel we def didn’t expect this and quite shocked Because bags can’t be locked all the time when u staying 3 nights However when we told the reception staff thete were initially very rude no one offered us a solution so if u ever decide to stay here be super careful

All was well and great. The room we were in was modern bathroom. Also large room and massive bed. Plenty of choice at breakfast. When parking was hard to find I used the hotels car park at the back. would return

The hotel is very clean and room was good. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Hotel is quite old and for my opinion it’s not a 4 stars hotel. Quite place. Breakfast was good enough. Simple Italian breakfast. Some stuff was unfriendly. They helped when I asked something . They don’t have free of charge parking.

The hotel is very nice with an bath atmosphere. The bathroom is new styled and very comfortable. We had a great stay. Just when the theater, opposite to the hotel has a show, it’s quite loud. You can hear as well the street cleaning machine very early in the morning, so it’s better to keep the windows close.
