Such a delightful, regrettably short visit to Montefalco and this extravagantly charming and well kept hotel. Even in the off-season we felt entirely welcomed and accommodated by kindly and attentive proprietors Mauro and Alessandra. Special acknowledgment to the beautiful tower room my wife of 36 years and I shared with its stunning 360 degree views over the surrounding Umbrian valleys. Ate well, slept well and toured the beautiful Museale de San Francesco -- hauntingly beautiful. Can't wait to return. Thank you for everything, Mauro & Alessandra!

We stayed here while on a Rick Steve's Villages of Italy tour. The hotel is an old house converted to lodging and run by the owner (who inherited it from her family) and her husband. It is just outside the walled town (in walking distance - 5 minutes). All of the rooms were different. Ours was quite large and had the largest shower we had in the 2-week tour. The bed was comfortable, hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast each morning was plentiful with delicious home made pastries (delicious chocolate croissants) and bacon and eggs and fruit. The owner and her husband were very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent and tasteful traditional hotel in a classic medieval style villa building with a pool outside. Inside decor is beautiful and elegant and in keeping with the history with this beautiful medieval town. Allesandra took good care of us. Views from the east facing rooms are fantastic. The breakfasts are basic but the breakfast room is really special. It was our second stay and we will stay again.

Located just outside the ancient walls and one of main gates to enter the medieval town of Montefalco, we found Villa Pambufetti a great place to stay. The villa and its surroundings are quiet and serene and you will find all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The host was very courteous and professional and saw to all our needs. WiFi could have been stronger in the bedroom but apart from that everything was great.

A unique, special place run and owned by kind-hearted Alessandra and Mauro. You feel more like a house guest at their Villa than a regular hotel guest. The Villa is surrounded by trees in a lush garden a two-minute stroll from the arched, main entrance to Montefalco: We had beautiful room # 7 , furnished eclectically, with a stunning view of the plain towards Assisi. Our children equally enthusiastic over their rooms, #5 and #6. Their pool is a godsend during the baking summer months, and their light, pool--side lunches of melon, mozzarella etc are to die for. Don't hesitate, go!

This restored villa is adjacent to parkland, just outside the Montefalco town walls. The hosts are delightful, providing a great breakfast, in a room just off the terrace. The rooms vary in configuration and view, with some suites in the "party" house, a short walk through the park. It is an easy walk to the main part of Montefalco, and there is a guest-only doorway to avoid the occasionally bustling traffic on the main street.

Weekend semplicemente fantastico! A pochi metri dal centro, Villa immersa nel verde, la stanza nella torre... romanticissima....per non parlare di Mauro e Alessandra... due persone deliziose, attente che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Grazie 🤗. Torneremo sicuramente.

Imponente villa del 1800 immersa in un meraviglioso parco alle porte del centro storico di Montefalco. Zona piscina formidabile,camere un po' datate ma complete di ogni confort. La cortesia e la gentilezza dei proprietari sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza è un valore aggiunto non sempre scontato. Sala colazione intantevole con possibilità di gustare la stessa all'esterno. Dolci fatti in casa,un vero e proprio ambiente familiare in tutto e per tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Un grazie a Mauro ed Alessandra. Con la speranza di trovare disponibilità ad ogni nostro soggiorno a Montefalco. A presto!!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mio marito a fine aprile. L’hotel e’ una antica villa con arredamento d’epoca circondato da un grande parco. Il centro di Montefalco si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

Splendida villa contornata da un bellissimo parco e una splendida vista sulla valle, ma trascurata. Bagno assolutamente da ristrutturare; rubinetteria ossidata e vasca anni 70. La colazione deludente. Nota positiva l’ospitalità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Rapporto qualità prezzo inadeguato.

Grande delusione! Una bella villa ma trascurata , fredda, bagni senza riscaldamento, sanitari ossidati, prima colazione ridicola per un 4 stelle! Per arrivare nella nostra fredda camera da letto dovevamo salire 54 gradini in un ambiente gelido senza riscaldamento. Cena di capodanno iniziata nel gelo più assoluto.. alle proteste dei clienti hanno acceso i termosifoni. Per carità! Un film Felliniano!

E STATO BELLO, UNA VILLA CON MOLTO FASCINO, SICURAMENTE MIGLIORABILE NEL DATO GENERALE, MA L'ASSISTENZA E LA FAMILIARITA DEI PROPIETARI VALGONO LA VACANZA RILASSANTE E SOSTENIBILE. GRAZIE A VOI PER AVERCI FATTO SENTIRE A CASA, E TRASCORRERE UN CAPODANNO MERAVIGLIOSO, GRAZIE MAURO

Unitamente ad un gruppo di amici ho trascorso il fine anno in questo lussuoso albergo con meraviglioso parco nel centro di Montefalco gestito da due persone speciali Alessandra e Mauro che rendono il soggiorno ancora piu piacevole cucina eccellente un posto dove tornare volentieri-MARIO

Struttura bella con parco ma molto trascurata e sudicia ! Anche se l'arredamento è vecchio non vi fate ingannare dalle foto ! Bagni vecchi, rubinetteria ossidata ! Noi non ci siamo fatti doccia !! L'apparecchiatura della sala colazione era multi colore, senza gusto !! Senza parlare della colazione in particolare delle brioche !! Non vale la pena per il prezzo che chiedono
