My experience was great we booked inn on Nov 4- Nov6 with my mom n kids they all enjoyed themselves The food and the whole experience was worth it I would definitely go back in January for a week but no kids to make my experience more fun thanks for accommodating me and my family……..

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is perfect but some of the workers need more training in customer service. The customer service is rather poor 😑😑

I arrived at 6.30pm and waited in queue for 30mins to check in. At 7pm I was advised that my room wasn't ready and needed to come back in 40 minutes to get a room key. Without apology or proper justification. The website indicates check in is usually at 3pm. Meals are buffet style in one main restaurant, often with cold food, tepid tea/ coffee and plastic cups.

The facility is well kept. The king bed garden view room was lovely. AC in room was a bit noisy.. Food was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. It’s a lovely family oriented hotel. Entertainment needs improvement though.

This property is old and it shows. I unfortunately was in a building they were renovating so you can hear the drills and the elevator was broken. The room was spacious and clean. The food was bluh. The buffet food is bland, recommend making reservations at the restaurants for dinner. The best part is the friendly staff.

Pros: Short commute from airport, Bed was comfortable and air worked great, staff was friendly, food was awesome with no problem making reservations at the 4 restaurants, buffet breakfast had nice variety, beach was clean, private island was nice Cons: Check-in took forever, there is not a nice swimmable area on the beach and could only wade in water waist high which was disappointing, bathroom was very dated with a wooden door that didn't completely close/lock, reported that our TV and phone did not work to which they quickly responded but were not able to fix the problem and never came back.

They state there are 4 restaurants but must have reservations. We asked at customer relations and they stated there were not any for that night. At check in they stated to call the restaurants at 6 pm . No openings! At 8 pm we noticed by looking up at the windows by the pool that the 2 restaurants located up there seemed very empty!! Thought this was odd? Went upstairs to check out the situation and in the A la carte restaurant there was maybe 5 people inside. Next door at the Italian restaurant I went to the door looked inside and saw one table in the corner occupied by about 6 to7 people. Then i thought this seemed extremely odd! Asked questions about why the restaurants were basically dead! Front desk could not give me an answer! Went back to customer relations and got the run around. I truly believe the ALL INCLUSIVE is a scam! Forcing the majority of the guests to eat the poor quality food at the buffet! Was told they only accept a certain amount of reservations per night?? When asked how many i was told that couldn't be disclosed!! Another RED flag. It's obvious they are misleading guests and taking advantage by forcing guests to only use the buffet from 6 to 10 pm. I asked for the Manager's business card and was told there wasn't any available! No cards are available at all!! So strange! I came to Holiday inn with some doubt because of the reviews and I wished I had listened to my gut and booked elsewhere! Misleading the public is fraud!

I paid for a upgraded room at full price and the toilet didn’t flush the tv didn’t work the door didn’t lock and the jacuzzi didn’t work I fell coming out of the shower and busted my elbow and shoulder Need more variety of music and food at the buffet
