間違えて違う月を予約してしまいました。電話して価格差額の支払いを含めた変更を依頼したにもかかわらず、拒否されました。全体的に顧客管理が非常に悪いです。

freindly staff, great vibe!

Hotel moderno situato nel bellissimo quartiere St. Rich a pochi passi dal cuore della città. Tuttavia l’aspetto che mi ha lasciato un po’ perplesso è stata la pulizia del bagno.

It's ok, not great. Practical and severed the function. Pros: Roof top bar was nice relaxed space Rooms were clean Funky Shower was good Cons: Bedrooms are small, Practical but small. Food - Breakfast is very poor, dinner was ok. Noise - we had 5 rooms and some on the train side were very noisy with what sounded like jack hammers early in the morning. Trains going by etc. Sound of water also in the wall The rooms on the street side were ok. There is no nice viewer train one side the other is a construction site Staff: Can really fault them, some very nice others when they hear you speaking English ignored or were different. All staff were very slow service, but I think this is just a French thing. If your looking for a funky Practical place and don't mind noise and poor breakfast this is ok.. Would I go back ? No 👎

A new and very different hotel. It is in a great position only 5mins walk from St Roch Rail station,2 mins from tram stop and very close to the Comedie area. The hotel rooms are spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. The Breakfast is very good, a large range of hot and cold food. The bar is a great place for a drink. teh staff were very friendly and helpful. And to top it off a small swimming pool on the roof terrace!

Terrible. Jost is obviously very new but has managed to look very tired in its short life. The decor is bizarre. It looks like someone gave a group of teenagers a big budget but no direction. The rooms are very small with loads of narrow useless shelves covered in knick knacks and books facing out in a rather intimidating fashion. There is no carpet or even a rug so the floor is cold. No desk chair or anything useful. TV has nothing but basic channels and no ability to allow streaming or screen mirroring. The common parts are dirty with stains on the hall carpets smears on the stainless steel lifts. The communal drinks area is dirty and understocked. I burnt my hand on the broken kettle. The restaurant is a shambles. Staff have no direction and food took forever to arrive. Breakfast was worse. We came down at 9.00am an hour and a half before it was due to end. There practically no food. Not even bread. I had one slice of freezing cold bacon and an equally freezing burnt pancake. Shocking. None of the tables had been cleaned so we had to sit amongst dirty plates whilst the minimal staff chatted amongst themselves. One ray of hope was Ilyah the evening receptionist who went to a lot of trouble to get us a taxi to the airport when none were available. Never again!

Location was great, quiet area, 10 minute walk to train station and about 20 minute walk to Place de la comédie (the main square). Our room with double bed/bathroom was small but served our purpose well for a weekend stay (there are large lockers available on the ground floor where you can store things, just ask at Reception). Staff were helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, quality food, many homemade items - something for everyone. We ate in the restaurant several nights. Ambience is awesome and the service was always brilliant. Thank you JOSH for making our stay in Montpellier amazing, I hope we'll be back.

Very pleasant staff indeed. The hotel lobby is large and welcoming- plenty of seating areas. Great space on the rooftop too. It’s a very new hotel - it is a short but unpleasant walk from the train station as the hotel is right in the middle of a redevelopment area - a building site in fact. This will all be remedied in time but as it is at the moment the hotel should not be charging full price as the setting is really not that salubrious. Now to the rooms - they are small - so small that you can’t easily walk around the bed. Fine for one night but any more than that and it all gets untidy very quickly. There is not even a chair to sit. Interesting decor, quirky but there are shelves holding around 70 books - I just kept thinking how often will they get dusted - not a great idea for a hotel room, imo.

Fantastic facility, great staff, couldn't do enough for me. Room was clean, plenty security with petsonal lockers. Super location for access to the city and train nentork. Only problem not enough of them . Waited 1 hour for a Burger

Everything in the room was top spec, nicely finished and thought out. We were surprised it was so quiet given the more buzzy vibe of the place during check-in. Check-in and out was easy, staff were friendly. The bar and eating area downstairs is vast and looks to be great fun (we arrived too late to enjoy these on the evening) There is a pool area on the roof which is an added bonus. Well worth paying to get dropped off here from the airport rather than picking a soulless chain near the landing *****. Very easy to get to the station for onward journeys. I’m sure it will be particularly great once the building works outside have been completed 👍🏻

This is a great, new hotel in a perfect location. From start to finish, the service offered by the hotel staff was exemplary. Excepting a little hiccup with the check in process, our stay was great. We particularly liked the rooftop pool, the rooftop bar, the rooftop beers and rooftop service. A nice cold beer after a refreshing 5pm swim is the stuff of legend. Breakfast was a nice collection of French fare with pastries, good coffee, fruits, yogurts, scrambled eggs, hash browns and bacon, not to mention the home made cake, muesli and fresh juices. The location was great, less than a 10 minute walk from Montpellier Station and a 3 minute walk to the Rondelet tram stop from where it’s two stops to Comedie or a small number of stops from the Arc de Triomphe. The room was compact but well laid out with good A/C. Tea facilities were at the end of the corridor and we also enjoyed the large screen TV. No channels in English however.. Free pool towels and free left luggage lockers were also appreciated. There was a lovely singer resident on our first night and a DJ on our second. Everything done quite stylishly.
