The suite was clean, cozy and fulfilled our needs. Only suggestion would be to get better quality Kleenex and toilet paper.

Aesthetically, the room is extremely well done; we felt like we were staying somewhere super special while away from home, which is a nice. The bathroom, especially the shower, was very enjoyably to use. The biggest issue was the bedroom. Although pretty, the mattress was hard as rock. The pillows also felt like they were made of stone. Impossible to have a good night's sleep. In addition, they advertise black out curtains but they aren't. They are just darker curtains but not actual black out, so bring an eye mask if you need darkness! Overall, we enjoyed our stay (living space is very comfortable too!) but the uncomfortable bedroom was dissapointing. Honestly, if they fixed the comfort level there I would say it's a great piece to stay, but until then it's just good.

Very nice apart/hotel. Wonderfully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. My only con was the noise from the street at night. There seemed to be a lot of delivery trucks I believe a garbage truck that came to building at around 6:00 am. There were ear plugs provided with the toiletries. Thought it was strange, quickly realized why.

Magnificient place. We would have stayed one more week. We had problems at our arrival in Montreal. Would have liked to be able to put our luggages somewhere before entering at 3pm.

My friend booked this property for our night away to Montreal. We struggled to find the keypad. The keypad was frozen in locked mode on account of the -10 degrees C. We called the number twice and the guy finally sent a picture, after that we had no problem. Parking is at the Quai, across the street. Easy walk, but would have been nice to have that info on the website when booking. The property had unopened food in the fridge. One of the dining room chairs was junked and there was a rip on the couch. The towel bar was loose. I made sure to take pictures and send them to the owner so I didn’t get charged for damages I didn’t do. The inside was beautifully updated and comfortable, warm too. The shower drained slowly, so don’t worry, just be aware. We look forward to our next trip, now that we know how to get into the bldg.

The room and property are stunning and very clean. Perfect location for exploring Montreal. We did not have any issues with noise either being on the 3rd floor. One thing to note is there is an odd sewer smell, perhaps due to being an older building. There is no parking, but a few garage suggestions are provided and there is 1hr street parking right outside the building. Other than this, the suite, location and services were perfect. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. We had a wonderful stay! I would recommend this apartment for those who do not have a car. If you need parking it’s about $30 per 24 hours at the Indigo Parking Lots that are all a bit of a walk away. These lots let you leave and come back, unlike the parking at the Quay. Overall it’s a wonderful apartment and we were so happy with our stay. Very prompt answers from the staff of we needed anything extra. Thank you!

A really beautiful place, but not supplied well, and the customer service is absolutely abysmal. They don’t respond to you over text, email, or phone, even if you reach them and they promise to fix something, it still didn’t happen, and there is no one on site, so it is not really a hotel in the typical sense that you have support of any kind , but it does have beautiful rooms at a great location.

It’s a great experience overall. Just the bed is not so comfortable, it shakes sometimes.
