It was a really great building and a great location. We liked the contactless check in/ check out and everything about our room. The beds were comfortable, everything is clean, and the soaps in the shower are very nice (just be careful getting out as it is quite a step). Only issue was customer service. When asking questions, it was like a bot was answering and no one was actually reading the question. When you check in, a text comes in welcoming you and saying to text the number if you need anything. When we text the number, we never heard back and you can’t call it.
