Upon arrival fridge had someone else’s food. Had to ask for a bar of soap, apparently it was on back order. Television went no signal multiple times. ******* does not offer same promotions as the hotel such as free parking and breakfast, likely won’t book through ******* for this hotel next time

Elevator to the pool broken, had been broken for weeks yet we were not informed of that when we called in about our guests having mobility issues. Thus our guest was unable to use pool. No hand soap or sanitizer in rooms, no cream rinse. Quality of whole hotel is not anywhere what it used to be. Towels at spa were small and rough as sandpaper. Food at pool area was limited due to broken elevator. No enough staff to serve, lineups wherever we went.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Barb at front desk went out of her way to help us when we had an emergency during our stay there. Nice and quiet and clean. Will definitely be back!

The stay was good. Spa area could still use a bit of updating. Towels outside of sauna. I liked the cold cloths but some located outside of sauna would be great. Also it says there is eucalyptus oil in sauna but you couldn’t smell it at all….. a little extra would be nice. Other then that it was nice.

Staff were friendly and food was good. Heated pool was busy but in good condition. Rooms are scheduled for refurbishment in 2024 and they can use it.

This property had deteriorated in all ways over the last few years. The elevator was broken so people in our party could not use the pool because they were unable to climb the stairs. I called the day before check in to confirm our reservation and remind them of mobility issues and they never told us about the broken elevator. We would have cancelled our 4 rooms. There was also no hand soap available for the rooms and no towels at the pool on Sunday morning. Random charges to my credit card that was never explained and charged both my credit card and my daughters for the same room. They used to have quality shampoo and soaps in the room but now they are just cheep generic amenities. This property used to have a real nice spa hotel feel but no longer.

The condition of the room was not the best with well used furniture, water damaged walls, and a heater that had to run constantly, though it was fairly mild out. The jaccuzi was nice and the Harwood restaurant was nice and accommodating.

Our room was very spacious with some updates. Beautiful shower and water pressure! Room and hallways were very clean and taken care of. The pool was so nice and relaxing. Staff were friendly

The room we stayed in was an old worn out dive. This was supposed to be an anniversary night in their mineral spa room and when we turned the water on for the tubb it was orange with rust. Paid $250 bucks and when asked for a discount we were told NOPE you shoulda asked for a different room. Over rated and over priced.
