Room unclean, not replenished, told we could move rooms twice and then the new day staff had no clue and refused. When I refused to pay and advised I would be making a complaint the receptionist blocked my uber driver, caused a traumatising scene, making out we were running off. She wouldn't let me speak to the manager and insisted she would not let me leave without giving her my bank card. I had no choice but to hand it over or miss my train home. After I left she tried charging my card two different amounts without permission. I've had to contact the bank and report it stolen. Rude intimidating staff, tiny disgusting rooms, very poor service. Highly aggressive neighbours. ******* have agreed I should leave a review of this and not to pay the hotel.
