This is a first rate guest house. It provides excellent value for money. It is modern and comfortabl. There is great attention to detail. The proprietor gives a warm, efficient welcome. It is conveniently located, with a regular bus service from nearby bus stops a couple of minutes walk away, but is within walking distance of the station.

Excellent guest house, made to feel very welcome, very clean comfortable room. Breakfast has a wide range of choice. We only stayed 1 night but will definitely be returning.walking distance to the market, pubs and restaurants. Very friendly.

Lovely comfortable and homely hotel, very clean and friendly, great breakfast. Would certainly recommend. On street free parking outside the hotel is no problem. Few minutes walk from town centre. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

Another superb stay at the berkley Mal and Colette are loverly hosts nothing is ever too much for them and always knowledgeable about the area giving you some good tips of places to go.everything is so comfortable and clean, hotel is in a great place for everything with a superb breakfast. Great value for money.

Great hotel , Mal and Collette great hosts who can’t do enough for you , great place for events around the Westend with the Exchange and the Alamabra very close by , Rooms are clean and come with hair dryer , tv , free wireless Great value oh and the breakfast options are 10/10

Booked the trip on an off-chance and found a real gem. Clean, tidy and well kept. We had a room on the top floor with accommodation for three people which was bright and airy. Clean towels and linen and plenty of drawers for clothes. The hosts were very friendly and made sure we felt welcome. Breakfast was great and freshly cooked to order. Would I book again? - 100% yes.

Have stayed plenty of times, we always go back as you feel home from home. Amazing views, beach on doorstep. Shops close by. Mal does the best breakfast. Room is always immaculate. My little nieces love it if it’s nice weather as they go in the water fountains just over the road. We always have a walk down to the shops and get an ice cream. This time we enjoyed some hot sunshine on the beach and a walk in the sea. The fair was also on so this kept the kids amused. We sit in the lounge area of an evening instead of our room as we can look out at the beach and have the TV on with a nice cup of tea. Thanks for having us . See you again soon :)

This was our second stay. Good location on the sea front. Plenty of free parking in the road side. We stayed in a sea view room on the first floor which has a 4 poster bed. The bed and bedding is lovely and comfy. Plenty of storage in the room with wardrobe and drawers. Decent size En suite. Every thing is clean and well kept. Morecambe is very cold in November but the guest house is lovely and warm. Breakfasts are excellent. Plenty of choice. Breakfasts are cooked to order so served hot. The hosts Mal and Colette are a lovely friendly couple who always have time for a chat. Already booked for next year.
