Everything was great about the rooms, the hotel and the staff was amazing. Only problem was this loser waiter who works on the roof top bar/lounge who was pretending to be a U.S Marine (he didn’t know that I actually am a marine and knew everything he was saying was a flat out lie cause nothing he said made sense or exist lol). Then he tired to rob me by trying to charge a 600 dollar tip on my credit card. Luckily I was with good people who saw what he was doing because he waited for me to drink so he can try to pull one over on me. So if you’re a foreigner visiting the area and you decide to stay here and go to the rooftop, look out for the waiter with a high fade haircut and doesn’t shut up. He will try to talk to you non stop to try to get friendly and tell you a bunch of lies. Stay clear of him and don’t drink if he’s there because he is trying and will try to rob you.

Nice boutique hotel ,friendly staff. Disappointed about my bathroom sink was plugged and disgusting…. I call the front desk the service was terrible have to call for a second time in order to get fixed. At the restaurant I requested a straw for my smoothie and the do not have one!

The most beautiful hotel i have visit in morelia , it is very clean and modern . I took my wife to this hotel for her birthday and we had a very nice welcome from every staff in the building. we are both fans of the singer , and we were surprised of how nice this hotel is in every detail in the building . We stayed for 3 nights 4 days and we did not want to leave the hotel , we enjoyed the jaccuzi and loved the pool its beautiful design as a guitar . The food was very delicious, we totally recommend this hotel to everyone, its one of the best in the city .

This hotel is incredible. From the moment you pull in, you are greeted with warmth. The lobby is impeccable. Has this amazing skylight. It smells wonderful in there. (I tried getting their secret scent but they wouldnt budge). The rooms are so beautiful. They put some Vegas hotels to shame. The food and drinks were really good. They have a beautiful guitar shape pool. Its just beautiful all around. We will definitely be returning.

Through out my stay I was impressed with the beautiful gardens to the hospitality at the entrance. Everything was beautiful and I do recommend the stay. Everything was so nice and clean. I love the pool it was really nice.

Very clean all around hotel and inside the room. Everyone very friendly and helpful with questions i had. Food and drinks were delicious as well.
