Management did not send instructions on check in and no wifi password. Will call again tomorrow. The unit is great clean n 10 min from grocery . 40 min from Taupo but unit is across the lake.

Stayed overnight to break up the drive to wellington. Really helpful that we were able to check in late. Excellent communication from provider. Studio was immaculate, clean and stylish, with everything we needed for our stay. Could hear passing traffic, but did not bother us. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Units are dated but clean, poor lighting in the bathroom and no steam extractor fan. Air con was great. Single bed mattress more suitable for a child. Deep pot holes in the driveway.

Great place, just had an issue getting key back in lock box when checking out, called the number on lock box all morning and couldn't get through to anyone so called email number and they said to leave key on table. So hopefully it's all ok.

I booked this as required last minute accommodation in Taupo which was fully booked. The chalet was quiet and nice in general but let down by the fact it smelled bad inside and the shower didn’t work (a mere trickle). I found this unsatisfactory especially considering the high price of the booking.

We didn't send much time in the chalet but it was lovely and the communication was great as we arrived late and left early. I would definitely recommend to others.

Easy to access. Very good condition of property. Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to highway. Had trouble with access code. Rang number on lock box andd the contact person was very helpful. Sorted it all out very quickly. Good value for money paid

The property was private and comfortable. The aircon unit didn’t work the first night but the response from the facility manager was awesome and the heating was sorted quickly.
