Check-in was a breeze.The room was decent,clean and functional.The toaster and microwave oven with ample cutlery and plates were a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we were late checking in and couldn't confirm our breakfast for the following day.Just as well there were the toaster and microwave oven. Checking out was equally simple and fast. The hotel seems to be a distance from food outlets though.Best for people who have their own transport.On the plus side,it is quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

Great friendly location in the centre of town, very good for us as a family, easy to come and go as we pleased, would stay again for sure

The room was very clean but extremely small and the bathroom was so small you had to get dressed in the bedroom after the shower with absolutely no room on the vanity to put anything on so I put all our toiletries on the cupboard in the wardrobe. The toilet wouldn’t flush so we had to pull the cistern apart and fix it ourselves. The bed was rock hard and slanted to one side which kept me awake all night trying not to roll out of the bed. I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Friendly efficient checkin and a decent room. We likes the expansive windows which open to allow fresh air. The bed was very comfy with excellent quality sheets. There is an extremely inviting covered pool on the grounds.However, there was limited shelf space to unpack things. The sink area outside the bathroom had no place for toiletries and other items. Finmding a space to use the kettle was awkward. The wine fridge provided an ever-present floodlight in the room which made sleeping somewhat difficult Overall a reasonable spot but with just enough inconveniences to make for an uncomfortable stay.

Expensive option for a motel considering so many other choices. Absentee owners so staff don’t really care - it’s not their business. Was our regular place to stay but will now try other establishments in future. Bit and pieces missing in the room each visit, rooms not serviced

Nice and clean but if kitchenette has a small sink would be more convenient esp when there are 4 people waiting to use bathroom

The rooms are clean and large, i did find that the rooms were a little noisy that you can hear whats going on around you, especially when cars come and go as the car park has loose stones. Close to shops and pubs

Don’t let the outside of the property fool you! Once inside…. Huge room. Spotlessly clean. Good heating/aircon. Very comfortable bed. Very clean bed linen. Modern fixtures and fittings. Same goes for bathroom. Modern, spotlessly clean. Everything worked. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Mount Gambier.
