Delightful spot in a quaint town. Wonderfully clean, well-appointed room. Some other reviewers mention breakfast, but the new owners don’t provide breakfast. Which is just fine. They do have a Keurig, fridge (with a freezer that WORKS!) plus a microwave, so mornings are just fine on your own. Loved the outdoor space, vegetable garden and just plain sweetness of the place. Kudos.

Stayed 2 nights for a friend’s wedding. Just lovely. Everything we needed, quiet, beautiful property. Great location. Julie was a super host. You will be delighted. The games in the back, corn hole, Checkers, connect four. A swing set. Perfect for small friends.

We were visiting the Shanandoah National Park and found this guest house nearby. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a Fridge, coffee maker and tv. The host, Julie, left notes about the local places to eat and gave advise on our arrival.

My husband and I stayed at FF Inn on our way through town and enjoyed it so much we decided to stay two nights on our way back home. The grounds and gardens are well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there are many games and activities in their huge back yard and plenty of seating. The innkeepers were lovely women who went out of their way to be sure we had a pleasant stay. We will absolutely stay there again when we are in the area!

We were supposed to occupy one of the cottages. The outside temperature was around 50 degrees. The inside temperature was quite cold. I looked around for a permanently installed heating unit, instead I found a space heater in the middle of the room. I was assured by the owner that the room will be "toasty" in a short time. I didn't stay around long enough to find out. There was also a sign in the bathroom stating that the water in the sink needed to be left running all night so that the pipes don't freeze. We checked out and were given a full refund by the owner.

We were visiting the Shanandoah Valley and decided to stay in a BnB instead of a chain hotel and are very happy that we did. A very comfortable and clean room, thoughtfully accommodated. Newly renovated bathroom. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. The host, Julie, left notes about the local, small town community. Will absolutely stay here again when next in the neighborhood.
