This property was awful. False advertising I believe they have bed bugs because they let out bed had a whole bunch of black spots on the side as if it used to have bed bugs or it has it. I had a used bar of soap in my room so that shows whoever cleaned it didn't do good. I'm never coming back here again and I wish I could get my money back at least half of it

The only thing that i wish would change is check in times. Three is so late then you have to be out by 11:00. That is not even a full day.

Everything was good. Only thing that I didn't like was when I talked to the breakfast server about something running out she ignored us and kept walking and I had to get a manager but on the other hand the manager helped us out and everything turned out great

The staff is great, friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. But my room showed many signs of age and neglected upkeep. My shower head was bad, my bathroom fan was extremely loud and squeaky, my a/c couldn't keep the room temp down (in Nov), and a handful of other aging signs. The breakfast is not great, and the juice options were extremely watered down. The hallways of doors opening and closing is very loud. I'm not planning on staying here again

no clean linen staff not very effective poor supervision of breakfast area on some days

Check in was easy, clean hotel but walls were thin. Could hear conversations in room next to us.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. My stay was peaceful and quiet.

Very nice hotel for a small town. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Nice outside seating area with a gazebo to protect from weather elements. Decent pool and fitness room. Hwy55 and Hardee’s in adjacent parking area.

I didn't know I had to ask for vkesn towels on day 2. Came in late from a long day to find no towels.
