I was initially denied checking in because I would not let them take a photo copy of my passport. Front desk told me I would not be allowed to stay there without them having a copy of my ID. I showed my ID, I was told that was not good enough.
I asked for a refund and was told that will be up to *******. Could not find the ******* help desk phone number for assistance. I was sitting in the small lobby trying to sort out a new hotel for 10 minutes the front desk clerk finally let me check in.
Next morning only lukewarm water came out of the we shower head. When I called the front desk to inquire at 4:30 am, the clerk informed me he had stayed in a room there a week prior and there was hot water… issue was not resolved before my checkout.
The toilet seat was visibly broken and yet housekeeping did not report it, or they did and maintenance did not repair it. In any case the room was not fit for occupancy.
Truly not worth your money to stay here as far as I am concerned.
