Room was very nice and all facilities great

I've been going to Elysia at least once a year for many years and sometimes twice a year. I go back there rather than trying new places because it is consistently wonderful. The staff are terrific, the food is absolutely fantastic, the spa treatments excellent and the activities plentiful and varied. T/he rooms are comfortable and the facilities generally well maintained. And it's good value for money, particularly if you book your next stay before you leave the current one - a meaningful discount applies. I hope they never change the program element and simply turn it into a resort as it is a very special place in summer or winter

We lived in valley view suite room, On first day of stay We felt freezing cold because of heater is not working I informed the staff but they provided portable heater which is also not working properly and not enough for room , that night was terrible for me with freezing cold, next day we informed the staff they took half of the day to change room and next day also spoiled behind changing room and we are not able to go outside to explore the place because of this. Now after changing room they provide us room 69 where bed is signle - single and they joined that bed which cause big gaps and very uncomfortable to sleep . So overall both of night were terrible for us. Unpleasant stay and not under Oaks standard . Booking reference number: 41253487

I had just finished one career and needed a reset. The food from chef Jamie was unbelievable! 6 stars. Jane in dining room was gorgeous and attentive. Perfect balance of relaxation and activity and choose your own adventure with nourishing and yummy food.

Really great customer service. Amazing views, really beautiful setting. A pity that you can't access the restaurant unless you are a part of the wellness retreats, especially for breakfast. Going down to the other resort is a bit inconvenient but the shuttle was really timely and easy to book. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

Neat and clean facilities, wonderful spa and pool, great view from our room, peaceful and quiet, well located to Margan restaurant and cellar door

Room had poo on the toilet seat and mouse killer in the door. No bottled water, empty mini bar. It was a trek to get to the room and there were no porter facilities. not what you'd expect for $500 per night.

We will be back. Its real with realisign we live in a busy world not some unreal escape that makes you feel guilty. The food is excellent. The program team is friendly and top rate. Spa has great variety of treatments and the view is magnificent including the local kangaroos.

We had an amazing stay at Elysia for our wedding anniversary. Spacious rooms, great views and loved the courtesy bus down to the bar & restaurants in Cypress.
