良いロケーション。エレベーターはありませんが、大丈夫です。部屋は清潔で整理整頓されています。

駐車場が狭く、いつも満車。ホテルの敷地内に駐車することさえできません。エレベーターのない2階建ての建物ですので、荷物が多い方はご安心を。幹線道路に近いので、車の行き交う音が聞こえ、イベントホール、レストラン、2階の部屋のすぐ下にある駐車場からの騒音も聞こえます。このホテルを家族やカップルにはお勧めしません。良い点として、部屋のサイズは大丈夫で、部屋はきれいでした。

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。場所は非常に中心部にあり、高速道路、シルビアパークショッピングセンター、多くのテイクアウト場所に近い。

残念ながら参加できませんでしたが、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで理解してくれました。しかし、私は間違いなく再予約してここに滞在し、他の人に勧めます。

雨の日は音が少しうるさいです。

Good location and nice hospitality

要不是因為實在沒有酒店了，真的不會選擇這個酒店，住在三樓沒電梯，提着大行李往上爬，房間不隔音，隔壁説話都聽得很清楚，早上退房也沒人管。房間衹有一個插頭，插手機就沒法插電腦

距機場距離近，方便住入住。

非常乾淨 服務態度好

家族連れの滞在には理想的な場所ではありません。ウェブサイト上の写真はホテルの売りをはるかに超えています。ここは現在、緊急宿泊が必要な人々のための宿泊施設であり、敷地内にゲーム ラウンジがあります。これを知っていたら予約しなかったでしょう。私たちは危険を感じ、CBDの宿泊施設を分類しました。

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean pool too and a hot rub!

An enjoyable stay. We were unaware of the $200 cash bond required, but were prepared to pay. Great food and friendly staff. Carparking was very difficult to get and out of at the top especially when the carpark was full.

The staff were nice but other than that it was extremely disappointing the pictures were highly misleading and the nice reviews must be written internally. We were given a room with no lock and stains everywhere and then quickly moved to another room with a lock but there was some makeup and miscellaneous things underneath the sink along with sticky and stained carpet floors. The bathroom also only had half a door handle. They were ripping up carpets and doing renovations with random stuff lying all around the hallways along with the fact that we were woken up by a housekeeper walking into our room at 8 in the morning. So not really a recommendation especially for the price. The pool looked nice but was much smaller than the photos appeared.
