洗面所にゴキブリがいて、本当に最悪でした。受付の人は私のIDカードを取り上げ、わざわざ戻そうとしませんでした。今、それを取り戻すためにデリーから調整中です。ふーん！

バスルームや部屋に虫がいる

I hadn't got my luggage in the trunk but with the help of the hotel manager my luggage has bring back, thank you sir!!

Was vey bad experience. Such as a room AC. There was no tissue at all. Many called but no buddy was came. Overall very bad experience i got with this hotel.

The facility was at a very good location and the breakfast arrangement and the variety were awesome.

The place is really good. The location is great just 10 minutes walk from Andheri station. The Staff is also welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was really good with many options and delicious taste.

Rooms are pretty small and cleanliness is also not that great.

Great stay. Hotel close to airport. Would highly recommend
