部屋は素敵で清潔で、エアコンとファンが備わっています。スタッフは本当に素敵で、親切でした。オムレツ、*、またはワッフルとチャイティーの朝食の選択は素晴らしかったです！場所は、フォートエリアとインド門までタクシーですぐです。エレファント島への旅行と大学エリアの散策をお勧めします。

Excellent stay!!. Staffs were very polite and helpful especially khushal Singh . Food was great overall. Hotel is located in a very good area and VT station is in walking distance. Rooms are clean and maintained . Loved my stay and would stay in hotel elphinstone whenever I will visit Mumbai.

Alphenston hotel is one of the best hotel in the heart of the city. Best location.good atmosphere. Very neat and tidy rooms.staff is very helpful ,sincere and mentains the values. No complaints everything was fine, one can feel positive and Royal vibes here.their tag line justify itself “COME AS GUEST AND GO AS A FRIEND. “

It's a perfect combination quality and price. It was a very clean hotel with a very kind staff. The beds were confortable and with good service of ac. The breakfast is tasty and the ubication is near the train station and it's very easy to take a taxi.

this place is super! staff genuinely cares. chef wants to be sure you enjoyed the free breakfast, which is served long hours, from 7:30 to 11:00! front desk and helpers were very attentive. spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable! i had a corner room, with two windows. even if you get a smaller room with no windows, you can step out into the long narrow dining room or long narrow front lounge and have some chai and work on your laptop. i felt like the staff were family, always kind and helpful. highly recommended!

Excellent clean hotel. In Fort area of Mumbai. Crawford Market 10 minute walk. On a main road so plenty of tacos available and noise was not a problem. Staff were extremely helpful and me all our needs promptly with great friendliness. Breakfast excellent. Highly recommend.

5 days in Mumbai, and this is the place you can rely on. Despite the noise from the club downstairs in the midnight, the proactive ***ner in which Hotel Elphinstone has ensured the travelers' sleeping quality is invaluable. Moreover, the service provided is thoughtful and highly efficient. The complimentary tea offered really comforted me after a long journey. It's a wonderful place equipped with all the elements needed for a pleasant time!

A terrible experience. The room we got had no window and was the size of a wardrobe!. Claustrophobic! Nowhere was there any information that the room lacked window. Moreover, the AC was so loud we could not have it on during the night so the air got very bad. The traffic is very noisy and there was a bar just below that had live music until late. We just slept a few hours that night. The breakfast was very basic.
