リージェンシー ホテル(Regency Hotel Malabar Hill)

短い一日の会議と帰りの飛行機のために来ましたが、マラバル丘陵で渋滞に巻き込まれ、飛行機に乗り遅れるだろうと思いました。そこでこのホテルを予約しました。お財布に優しく、ホスピタリティも素晴らしいです。食事も値段の割に美味しいです。ホテルは清潔で申し分のない状態です。

The rooms are spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a huge variety of options! All the staff from the front desk Reception to the Watchmen everyone are friendly courteous very attentive and go out of their way to ensure comfort level. Special thanks to Fakirji, Dulerji and Mr Kundan.

I stayed here with my family for medical reasons at Jaslok Hospital and I must say the location of the hotel is excellent. Its only a 10 minute drive to the hospital. Also, everything is available near the hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Always serving with a smile and getting meals prepared as required. Food was nothing less than like food at home. Rooms and linens were very neat and clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay and experience!

It was actually really nice to stay here! Loved the professionalism of the team. I would recommend to any person who want to stay in Mumbai, to visit or for business trip. Thank to the cleaning, cooking team and the reception for the rest in this hotel.

Great property. Absolutely fresh and newly done. Close proximity to the sea and the coastal road. Clean rooms and clean hotel. The area is very Porsche as it is in the Malabar hill- the Miami of Mumbai !! The food too is good and it has the old world charm with hospitality at its best.

From the check in to check out everything is exceptional , it’s a must visit property ,people welcome you with smile , great and timely service , food was excellent and worth staying . The best hotel so far and will surely recommend this to Everyone

Neat. Clean. Great breakfast. Conveniently loacted . Courteous service. Being staying here for 20 years. Yet to be disappointed. Even this trip had booked for 2 nights confirmed but had to knave after 1 night and Prateek Duty ***ager adjusted bill without my even asking.

Great staff Most friendly and helpful Receptionist, everything about the hotel is great . Food was great Value for money . Room was clean ,Stylish with excellent service .Staff was attentive and efficient I am very pleased with my stay will visit in future

The location is marvellous. Very sweetly done and the Priyadarshini park is closely accessible to the hotel. The property has 24 hrs front desk facility being a 3 star property. Hot water, WI-FI free, air conditioning and in room dining, safe, LED infortainment system etc are some of the facilities which makes it perfect 3 star property. The service is unobtrusive and is free flow. They also provide free drinking water.
