I cannot find words to describe my feelings. Overall extraordinary. Entire staff and ***agement was so super. I cannot mention my feelings for this stay. Best part is the food and bar and service. I appreciate my special thanks to the GRE and the entire team they are really working hard for the good efforts. Everything was perfect!. During my stay I interacted with one of your GRE Ms.khushi, I was amazed by the confidence and com***d she displayed. She had answers to all my queries. I always stay at sahil but for the warmth and excellent service I will stay at Hotel Heritage….

I stay in your at last month, I want feedback about your staff service, siddhi is very silent and smiling girl, Mr. Rajesh is very jolly and friendly nature, ms. Khushi is very softer and very loving caring and friendly nature she helps me a lot about all the things, Mr, Farooq is very helping me for the travel arrangements. I would to like to say to your ***agement k your front office staff is very good and helpful nature. I would like to say about Khushi is so beautiful I like her smile, and the way of talking always she is smiling no matter what 😊😊thank you Khushi I’ll come in next month surely and this I want to more fruits in my fruit basket 😆😆😆😆

Excellent service courteous staff and overall a very good and friendly place. The location of the hotel is also really good. This place is best for leisure as well as for business stay. Their buffet spread is also really good. Will definitely be coming back.

The whole experience was Very Professional. Right from check in to departure. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Associates working at the hotel from the bell boy to reception to security are very welcoming and always smiling. A definite recommend to travellers that want connectivity to south Mumbai.

The stay was very comfortable. I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff was very helpful when needed and accommodative for our request. The staf displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness.

We celebrated our Engagement party at Heritage and I am so happy with that decision. Right from the delicious food to the amazing service- everything was perfect. Mr. Reza has been of great help to us and this party wouldn't have been possible without his exceptional advice and guidance. The food was cooked to perfection and the event was an absolute hit amongst our friends and family!

I had my dad's 80th birthday bash at Hotel Heritage in one of their ***y banquet halls. The staff were extremely professional and cooperative. The arrangement was great and the food was fantastic! Special thanks to Mr. Raza and Mr. Ramesh for a great experience and a wonderful time. Keep up the good work!
