Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

It was a lovely stay....the room was facing the road still it was very good...was quietly reading my book by the study desk....Lunch was good We went for a stroll in the garden in the evening....Dinner was light At night we played cards and the other games It was fun that was great.... Morning time was for a sumptuous breakfast. Book shop visits were few as the collection was limited.... Lunches were light....A walk behind the hotel showed the sea but not that charming like Juhu...... Good dinners and good times... Morning tea at the room with a book to read was great.....Best Wishes

Lovely beach but sadly it is an industrial scale prawn drying beach. Therefore it is impossible to walk on the beach, and the whole hotel and resort has a strong fishy odour. Massage wasn’t available despite being advertised. TV didn’t work and after a few minutes channels requested subscription! Overall very disappointing experience.

Disappointing stay overall. The hotel is very far from the airport with badly maintained approach roads. The attached beach was dirty, breakfast options were very limited, and there was a strong unpleasant odour in the lawn area. The experience did not meet expectations.

We came to The Retreat for New Year Celebration (2025-26). We booked Presidential suite. Staffs are all very very cooperative and well behaved. Best part is they never say no. Room ambience is very good and very clean and hygienic. View is awesome. We really loved of being here. Celebration arrangements were Well-organized.

The location was so beautiful right outside the city, a quick getaway from busy city life. The hospitality of the entire staff was top notch, nothing more could be expected, everything was placed right in your hands before you even think off!!! Definitely a good to place for my family.

It was all pleasant the view was way mesmering and everything was top notch. The staff are way helping and co operative. Nothing can match the service. Food was too good we tried chinese and the authenticity was awesome

It was great experience, we don't feel like we are in Mumbai gusty environment, very peaceful and relaxing location . Front manager Mr.Rahil was very supportive and friendly, also Mr.Adher at the entrance gives you Warm welcome.

We had a fantastic experience during our Lions Club of Bombay Willingdon Crescent picnic and stay at The Retreat. Right from the start, the hospitality was outstanding and the team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A big thank you to Mr. Raghu, Chef Bhatt, Fathima, Felix, and Sandeep for their warm service and delicious food. The banquets and events team, especially Captains Raj and Manoj, made sure everything was well-organized and smooth. Special appreciation also to Arun Selvaraj and Mr. Krishnan for their wonderful support. The combination of great food, excellent service, and such a caring team made our stay truly memorable.
