清潔で過ごしやすい部屋でした！ 無料のお水も用意されていて有り難かった

房間有點小，勉強放下了兩個箱子。離地鐵站和english garten 都比較近，還不錯。

房間小但乾淨整潔，位置不錯，周邊有多家超市商場餐廳，吃飯購物都很方便，離地鐵也很近，出行很便利，出差的好選擇。

滿意的酒店 安靜整潔 交通似乎不是很便利！但是附近離商業區挺近的。但是要走幾步路。性價比很高的hotel 前台也很有禮貌

位置非常好！

1 組のカップルが 2 泊分を前払いし、返金不可の €473.68 を支払う場合、ALL、予約、トリップアドバイザーの写真のような快適でフレンドリーなホテルを期待しています。しかし、ホテルの正面ファサード全体は何の警告もなく建設中です。窓はすべてブロックされ、照明も最小限に抑えられた刑務所のようです。私は 2009 年以来頻繁に旅行するようになり、43 か国を訪問し、滞在の 80% は ALL Accor ネットワークに宿泊しましたが、このホテルは過去 15 年間で最悪のホテルでした。トリップアドバイザーには、私の倫理、客観性、現実主義を理解している 98,000 人のフォロワーがいます。先週私はメルキュール ミュンヘン シティに滞在しましたが、素晴らしい滞在でした。私はホテルを閉鎖し、「檻/監禁」の影響を受けた客室の宿泊客全員に全額補償することを提案します。このような状況が起こったことは残念であり、2023年3月から建設中ですが、虚偽の広告は休暇中のカップルの臨床的および精神的健康に直接影響を与えます。

The location of the hotel plus its proximity to many sightseeing places are very good. It’s value for money - clean, basic and comfortable. Mattress was firm and not springy or saggy. When we checked it at approx 12.30pm, we were delighted to note that we could check in since there is a room just cleaned and available. The front desk, Hans Evangelical (if I spelt his name correctly), deserves a mention as he was very helpful throughout our stay of 4 nights. Danke! There was a night when the shower gel was not refilled but it was brought up to the room immediately - good service. The only thing that didn’t meet the expectation were the pillows which, in my opinion, seriously need to be replaced.

The most important thing is location. Customer service is helpful. There is kettle for tea, etc. I was happy with my time in this hotel.Will use the hotel again

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room, although very small, was cleanand comfortable. However the underground parking garage is a nightmare! Almost impossible not to scrape the sides of a car when trying to negociate between concrete pillers designed for small cars. Also, nobody mentioned that the ENTIRE hotel was surrounded by scaffolding, (and I made our reservation 5 months in advance). Consequently, our view of the gardens consisted of a bunch of metal bars and workers hammering away early in the morning.

Very comfortable bed, bedding and great pillows which were perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The AC was perfect and the amenities were adequate (a better selection of coffee/tea in room would be great) Bathroom was a little small (but expected). A larger rack to put things in the shower would be much appreciated. Housekeeping were fantastic The hotel reception had also kept a letter of mine (containing concert tickets) safely despite it arriving a full week before my check in. Thank you to the front desk team A small qualm was that the hotel was undergoing external refurbishment, and it would have been nice if customers were informed of this while booking. Had I known, I would not have opted for the courtyard view as it was blocked off by scaffolding

The srvice was good and all until i went into the room and connected to the wi fi the wi fi service was terrible i cant even do anything on my phone or ipad please fix this or i might have to put 1 star

Fantastic service already from the booking process, where due to some extra request the director herself took a very good care and went the extra mile! This is not seen these days anymore. Very friendly and well trained staff, lovely new rooms with all you need in it, big TV, personalized welcome with a stylish gift, pleasant rain shower and also great bar and breakfast! All this for very afordable price, I surely recommend this hotel to everybody! THANK YOU

Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, just a few subway stops from the center, supermarket across the street, very comfortable beds, my friend and I had a great stay and would happily return if we're ever in Munich again

Very friendly staff, they made us feel at home. A perfectly clean room and very comfortable beds / pillows. Breakfasts were good too. The location of the hotel is excellent for both the Allianz Arena and the Olympiahalle and the city centre is handy too. A very enjoyable stay in Munich.
