一番重要なのは、駅のすぐそばにあることです。交通が便利です。旧市街まで歩いて簡単に行けます。階下にスーパーマーケットがあります。

This oversight is certainly not acceptable, and I will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure such lapses do not recur.I also apologize for the slow reception service you experienced. We strive to offer efficient and attentive service and regret that we fell short during your visit.
