小さなホテルで、部屋は10室にも満たないと思います。3泊しました。立地は最高で、ゼントリンガー門のすぐ隣、地下鉄にもとても近く、マリエン広場まで徒歩15分です。朝食はまあまあで、値段も手頃で、種類も豊富でした。スタッフの皆さんは皆、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。部屋はとても清潔で、装飾も素敵でした。ただ、週末は騒音が気になるかもしれません。非常に交通量の多い通りに面しているため、夜遅くまで騒音が聞こえました。

かなり強烈でなんとも言えない臭いが漂う、汚くて狭い階段を上ると、ホテルの受付がありました。受付係が到着すると、私たちは100ユーロほどする部屋の鍵を渡されました。玄関にはゴキブリが這い回っていたので、別のホテルを探さなければならず、宿泊費の返金もありませんでした。

このホテルの一番良いところは立地です。最悪なのは駐車場です...1 泊 36 ユーロで数ブロック離れています。入り口は歩行者専用エリアにあるため、荷物を降ろすために車を停める方法はありません。ホテルの入り口は、特に夜にホテルの看板が消灯している場合は、簡単に見逃してしまいます。入り口を抜けると、階段を上るか、階段を通り過ぎて非常に小さなエレベーター (2 人でスーツケース 2 個を運ぶのに十分なスペース) に乗るかのどちらかになります。受付は 2 階にあります。フロント係はとても親切で、私たちの到着時間に間に合わせてくれました。メインルームは 1 インチほど低いので、部屋やバスルームに出入りするときは足元に注意してください。ここは古いホテルです。私たちの部屋は 4 ベッドの大きな部屋でした (ツイン マットレスが 2 つ一緒になっていて、カーテンで仕切られた別の小さなエリアに 2 つの独立したツイン ベッドがありました)。ベッドは硬く、枕は適切で、掛け布団は適切でしたが、それほど大きくはありませんでした。部屋は清潔で、温度は快適でした。バスルームにはバスアメニティ（シャワー用石鹸、シャンプー/コンディショナーなど）はありませんでしたが、タオルは十分にあり、鏡には照明がありました。トイレットペーパーは物足りず、ティッシュペーパーはありませんでした。小さなテレビがありましたが、私たちは使いませんでした。WiFi がありました。朝食は 1 人 12 ドルで提供されます。私たちは朝食前に出発しました。

This hotel is not in great condition but the price was right. If you’re looking for a place to sleep only and you want to be closer to the city center, this is a possible choice. No good amenities to mention. Next time I’ll choose another hotel and pay the extra euros for a better hotel.

The location is superb, the staff is great, the room is a little bit old, and the bed could take an improvement, but overall stay is great if you're there to know the city.

English Positives: Comfortable bed and pillows, consistent hot water, good heating, and high standards of cleanliness. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the city center. Negatives: - Shower curtain: The flimsy shower curtain clings to you the entire time you're showering, making it impossible to relax. - Housekeeping timing: While the cleaning itself is good, it usually happens around 2:00 PM—exactly when most guests want to be in their rooms resting. This forces guests to adjust their schedules and get tired out just to allow the room to be cleaned. Furthermore, I specifically asked the reception to have the room cleaned before 1:00 PM; they assured me it would be done, but it never was. - Security issue: The main entrance door was broken and remained unrepaired for my entire week-long stay. Since the reception is located far from the entrance, any intruder could potentially reach any room without being seen. Italiano Lati positivi: letto comodo, cuscino comodo, acqua calda duratura, riscaldamento buono, pulizia buona, location a due passi dal centro. Lati negativi: - la molle tenda della doccia ti si attorciglia tutta addosso durante la doccia impedendoti il relax; - la pulizia è buona ma viene fatta verso le 2pm quando l'80% dei clienti vorrebbero essere in stanza a riposare e quindi i clienti devono stancarsi cambiando i loro orari per permettere la pulizia (inoltre ho chiesto alla reception di fare pulire la stanza prima dell'1pm e mi ha detto che sarebbe stato fatto invece non venne mai fatto); - la porta d'ingresso sarebbe rotta e in un'intera settimana non l'avrebbero riparata (siccome la reception è lontana dall'ingresso qualsiasi criminale potrebbe raggiungere qualsiasi stanza senza essere visto).

The toilet door jammed twice and I wasn’t able to use the toilet. The second time I reported the door to reception the staff member said she was too busy with work and I would have to wait.

This is a very tired hotel. Its in a great location. The rooms are very shabby. I was woke at 5.50 am then again at 6.30 no I would not go back there.
