Wonder people, older motel but clean. View of the water out the window. Quiet, nice stay. Will be returning.

Hardest bed and tiniest bedroom and bathroom I've ever seen! My husband and I both awoke with sore hips and backs. Neither of us slept well the 2 nights we stayed. The bathroom would not accommodate anyone who is of larger stature as I am thin and could barely maneuver in the tiny bedroom and bathroom. That being said, the location is wonderful, close to downtown Munising and all its ameneties. It's also close to many falls and the Pictured Rocks Cruise company. The views from this motel are beautiful as every room has a waterfront view. The room has a small kitchenette and eating area which is nice, but the chairs are very uncomfortable, as are all the outdoor chairs. Needs some updating and new mattresses. (Dining options in Munising in October leave something to be desired)

My husband if 6’6” & bedroom & bathroom felt too small. Couch was dated & worn. Bed was soft. Clean room, nice kitchen with great views. Friendly staff.

We loved the feel of being in a cabin. We had two bedrooms living room and small kitchen within the main motel *****. Inside it felt like we were in a cabin in the woods, not a motel. It's also right on the Bay. With a quick walk access the parking lot we were sitting in chairs be the water. If you like a rustic feel I highly recommend this place.

Nice views! Property is very old but clean. Air conditioner was broke and needs new comforter. Good for a short stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was in very poor condition. The musty smell was overwhelming, the conforter on the bed was stained, the bathroom toilet seat was loose and came off if you shifted your position at all, and the carpets were filthy and had no padding. They should be ashamed to charge close to $200 per night here without putting some money back into renovations.

Waterfront w/scenery and chairs on beautiful lawn at water's edge. Furniture and bathrooms need updating. Bed was very comfortable though. Enjoyed our stay.

Views were amazing from private balcony. Room was nice and clean. But air conditioner quit working and shower head dripped all night!

Loved the outdoor seating along the lakefront. Everyone was out to watch the beautiful sunset and we just sat and enjoyed the peaceful views for several more hours. This is an older motel that worked great for our family. Nothing fancy.
