We arrived late and were impressed with the room layout and ease of check-in. The problems started with the hot room that had no AC. We opened the window which helped cool the room, but not the hot bathroom. Then we crawled into bed late at night to find DIRTY sheets - so gross! The sheets were more of a problem because they are a terrible material, like a paper napkin. They were itchy. I’m not sure if it was the material, or something crawling in the dirty sheets but it was a long miserable night…. Well, actually just a long couple hours. The sun comes up at 4am so we wanted to close the shades, which also blocks off the cool air leaving you in a hot room again. THEN the backhoe starts moving bricks right outside your window at 6:10am. It was a miserable, hot, itchy, couple hours of sleep and I would never repeat it! We contacted the hotel and they offered us no refund for our miserable night, but 20% off our next stay. Haha, no! We will never stay there again.

It was auto check in and they are no services at the hotel for food or otherwise. I basically never seen or interacted with any staff. Nor was it necessary. If you want a convenient, clean and comfortable place to sleep, this will suit you fine. If you are looking for amenities and services, you should look elsewhere.

Lovely stay really comfortable bed and great facilities

We contacted the hotel to ensure we could check in at 1.30am and they assured us they had a 24 hour hotel check in - THERE IS NO FRONT DESK, THE CHECK IN IS AN AUTOMATED MACHINE WHICH MALFUNCTIONED. We put in our reservation and paid but the machine malfunctioned when the ticket with the room number / door code was supposed to be printed - giving us a ripped portion of paper with no details that we required. We contacted the number on the booking and the person said they only spoke German - annoying, but it is Germany so we used Google Translate and called back. We said we needed someone to come as the machine had malfunctioned. To which the person on the phone said no and hung up, we called several times and every time the man said i am not coming and eventually I am not on-site, do not call again and stopped answering the phone. We had driven for 10hrs to get there and had 10 hours to drive the next day - we ended up with our car as a room for the night as at that time in the morning we had no where else to go. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ARRIVING LATE - IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. They eventually refunded our money but that doesn't cover the inconvenience and stress suffered.

Staff couldn't do enough for us. Big room with spare bed and room for cot. Kitchen stocked with all utensils you need and microwave and a toaster Lovely building too. Would absolutely stay again if we were in the area. So good Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

We liked the terrace and kitchenette

Really nice B&B. Everything was brand new. Small kitchenette with both microwave, toaster and fridge. Somewhat outside of Münster and not a lot of activity locally but really nice place.
