Had a great stay with our 12month old twins. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful no matter what we asked and they were so nice to our twins. Food in the bar/restaurant was very nice and breakfast buffet was fab! It was a bit too cold to swim but it's to be expected at this time of year, regardless pool area was beautiful and always spotless. Would definitely return.

We liked the hotel very mutch. Hope to come back again one dag! Clouse to the Beach. Restaurants near by. Nice place for bicycling and hikes. Also nice start for sightseeing with car. Lovely pool area. Very nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast! ❤️

Staying nearby but loved the location of this restaurant overlooking the lagoon in a peaceful setting. Nice atmosphere in restaurant, attentive and polite staff. Good menu choices with authentic Spanish dishes included, food was lovely and well presented and good value. Complimentary peach shots at end of meal which was a nice touch. By far the best restaurant we found in Playa de Muro both from the point of view of food, location and ambience.

A short break at the universal Elisa apartments in playa de muro. The apartment was lovely, actually better than I expected ,very clean and fully equipped if you wanted to cook. The hotel , pool and bar areas lovely , eat in the hotel restaurant twice during our stay the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and polite . Location was ideal in a tranquil setting overlooking the lake , just a five minute stroll to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Playa de muro .

Nice and clean. Up to date. Great staff. Great well looked after pool. Food is lovely. Close to beach. Our 2nd time as we loved it so much and we will go again. Close to shops as well would definitely recommend

We are in Madrid one week in Melia Hotel, and another week in HCCLugano of Barcelona and this hotel Elisa is different. The service personal are very proffesional and brekfat buffet super excelente, also the restaurant for diner. The cheff is a master in met preparación. Is our first time in Mallorca and we are make a plan for next year with all family here. Without lié I can say that this is a better place in the world.

Restaurant only review! The place we looked for was closed and I am so pleased it was as we had a superb meal here. Marisa was warm and welcoming Location brilliant (by park) and peaceful, despite being by road. Food was delicious and freshly prepared. Garlic prawns Melon and ham Poké bowl Service great - at one point I did think Marisa was reading my mind!! The only criticism because nothing is perfect, that the poké bowl should really use sushi rice, it was just ‘normal’ rice

nice small complex, friendly staff. the room are clean and tidy and equipped with kitchenware. close to the beach and shops you can walk there in 5 minutes. had a nice holiday here! we would go back here again

My daughter I loved the stay and hope to return soon! One of the favorites was the water fountain for the guests. Nice pool and great breakfast buffet with all you can eat. Close to the beach i also a plus!

We spent 2 bautiful weeks in Aparthotel Elisa. Room are beautiful, you have a little kitchen. We had a halfpension and we can say that the food was great! I definitely reccomend to have a halfpension. Thank you all wonderful staff - at reception, kitchen, restaurant, pool area, cleaners. We will definitely come back again! This was for 100% what we were looking for. Quiet place where you can sleep well and very beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walking.

Came here for a meal during our holiday, service was very good and the food was of good quality too. Staff were very polite and the place was very clean. Carbonara was pretty good, the views of the water beside the restaurant were very nice. Menu was a bit basic.

I have been coming to playa de muro for years and never really noticed it, I would 100% recommend this hotel for so many reasons - the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, the apartment and all areas are spotless, breakfast was excellent. Only reason for not giving 5 out of 5 was we were woken most mornings from the overloud radios the cleaners use to communicate to each other, but we soon went back to sleep. Will definitely be back!!

Stayed here for one week. Rooms spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pool view and the sound proofing was brilliant from the back but sadly quite noisy from the front. We had one of the first rooms so people walking past talking, suitcases rolling past at all hours did disturb us a little (could only hear this if sleeping in the main room, couldn't hear it so much in bedroon) but that's the only fault. The setting of the restaraunt on the lake is stunning. We had the buffet here and it was lovely. Would definitely stay again.
