The only good thing about this tired and overcrowded hotel is that it is located on the beach. Here you can pay about 150 kroner a day for two sun loungers with parasol, and enjoy the nice beach. The alternative is that you have to lie on sun loungers by some of the pools, which are so worn out that you lie more or less only on the framework when you lie down. When we arrived at the hotel after a long journey with our all-inclusive bracelets mounted on the hands of all six in the family - we got some dried sausages, which on one side were white from the sausage water they were dipping in. The hamburgers were some dried soles that were closest was inedible. We thought maybe this was because we came "between meals" - so we tried again for dinner, and for breakfast and lunch and dinner again the next day ... But the food was the same - nasty, boring and unappetizing. (It must be said that one chef who makes omelets at one restaurant was a helper.) On day 3, we called TUI, our travel agency, and wanted to cancel all-inclusive. We got it without any problems, and then we got back 35,000 kroner for our 14-day holiday. Which we found out held for some magical dinners. In fact to all lunches and dinners the rest of the stay for all of us 6. including taxi - And well so! Within walking distance (10 min walk) from the hotel is Alcudia's probably best restaurant, "Figurret". Highly recommended. Otherwise, most are a taxi ride away. Something cumbersome of course, with 4 children and a pram. The entertainment in the evening is decent, but an uncomfortable and noisy place with hard chairs crammed close together in front of a loud stage. We dropped the entertainment on day 3. Then it was just to get to a restaurant outside the hotel. The gym - tired and does not offer all the world. There was 1 x treadmill for all the hotel's 2200 guests. This one also lacked buttons and the incline did not work. The pools and outdoor area of ​​the hotel are terrific, and that's probably what draws people to this place. But when it's high season, it's stuffed to the brim with people - which resulted in some closed pools over a 4 day period of our stay. We also want to say that the people who work in the restaurant and cleaning have been absolutely superb. They joke with the kids and are cheerful and helpful. The rooms are also terrific and clearly upgraded. But we had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, so when we sat on the toilet, water dripped down into our heads. A plumber came to fix this quickly. But then comes the reason why I take the time to write this review. That's because I've experienced an awful lot of service from some of the people working at the front desk here. An example - I stood in a LONG queue waiting for my turn to talk to a receptionist. When it was finally my turn, and the lady at the reception barely looked up at me and said something reminiscent of an "Åla" - I took a breath to say what I wanted help with. Pools are very nice. Sun loungers are of a poor quality. Lack of beach towels and towels for the room. Air conditioning in the room is a joke, can’t lower it past 22.6 degc. Food is ok, but often the same food ever night. Long queues for the restaurants. No complementary water for the rooms. Rooms are nice enough, but self catering facilities are basic. Staff in the restaurants are slow and are nowhere to be seen. Hotel rating is 3*, but more like 2* with what is provided. Lots to improve on, could easily be 4* if they put the effort in.

Our first all inclusive in Spain and never again! I’d advise anyone to pay a small amount more and go to Greece. It was so overcrowded, noisy and as far from relaxing as you can imagine. Also not great for small kids as there are gangs of older kids with vacant/absent parents who bash into smaller kids - even in the baby pool. The staff are friendly but of no use when it comes to trying to control the very rude guests that are everywhere. And sunbeds are reserved from before 7am. Not my idea of a holiday!

Beautiful place. Mainly nice people, but A Really horrible experience with Condesa hotel with family. A sick Child did not have food with all exclusive and we met A really arrogant and hostile manager, who said she does not care if we have paid but our Child has to come down to eat even though he has headache and can not come.

The food is uneatable. Tasteless. Not worth the money at all. We paid 1200 euro for all inclusive, but has spent another 800 for eating everything out + bus to Alcudia town to find proper restaurants. We will never go back here.

We booked this family holiday self catering as the map showed close by a large ***** of restaurants that looked great. What a disappointment that was as it looks very close but you cannot walk it due to it being down a main bypass road so taxi every day for us, charging by the amount of people who were in it so was costing 20 euros per 5 minute trip to eat out everyday. When we got to the ***** for dinner most restaurants are closed i’m guessing due to covid they didn’t do too well, not a single cafe in sight for breakfast so had to make do with toast or cereal everyday. after researching the nearest cafe we found it was an hour away. First day we arrived upon entering our room we found no kettle, broken TV and floor covered in sand which was disappointing. It took 3 phone calls to reception and the maids til 10.30pm even though we checked in at 2pm to bring up a kettle in which i needed to rinse a baby bottle so was unable to do so. The pools are great and a good size, entertainment is also very good for the children although it is all in german and spanish so it was a bit of a shame trying to join in as an english tourist with the games songs etc because nothing was in english. Overall i would say this is very much a ‘all inclusive’ based holiday i would say due to there being nothing around other than a ***** of restaurants which 90% were closed down and the nearest spar shop charging extortionate prices for! You will be very disappointed if you go self catering unless your willing to pay silly money for taxis everyday.

We recently visited this hotel and spent a week here self catering. The rooms are tiny and the kitchen was so small it was hard to cook. However the hotel room was clean and the maids changed our towels every couple of days. However we did find that at night time one of the spot lights on the building opposite our room would light up the whole room which was annoying. The second to last day my hair brush went missing…im unsure whether it was picked up by accident in amongst the bed sheets or it was stolen. So just make sure you keep all your possesions, money passports etc locked up when you leave your room. There are a few spar shops in and around the hotel however it is very expensive! Make sure you take enough money…a litre of milk your looking at 3 euros! Also if you want to eat out, you will have to get a taxi as the walk is too far especially in 37 degree heat! We made the mistake of doing this on the hottest day! Taxis are abit pricey too…they base it on how many of you are getting in one too. We found an amazing restaurant called c’an pescador…it was the best place we ate out! Food was unreal! We visited 3 times it was that good! Pools are a good size but do get very busy, which is to be expected. Lovely hotel overall, the kids entertainment and the staff are brilliant too with the little ones! One more thing…avoid the garden bbq restaurant by the entrance of the hotel…we ate there the first night and the food was terrible! Do not waste your money in there!

We booked a trip through Tui and have to say was mis sold this completely so we will be reaching out to them. Restaurant wise there’s two buffets basically. One restaurant you have to pay and another called the Taverna is an absolute joke which you can go once a week. We were all exclusive but said to Tui we wanted lots of restaurants and definitely not just buffets. The taverna gives you a menus but you have no choice in the starter or pudding - that just comes and what comes wasn’t even on the menu! Then you have a choice of three dishes for the main there was three of us so got all three and they were awful. It was meant to be traditional Spanish and we got a pork dish a curry and a fried type of fish - again one dish came out completely not described on the menu. The buffet was very average in both restaurants which I guess is usual and why I didn’t just want that and so we ate out a lot as no way could I have had a buffet for 10 days. The room is very poorly designed especially for children - a table and chair in front of the fridge and no space to move it or put a buggy - the bathroom well you couldn’t swing a cat in it and we found it very hard to manage to bath our baby and we just have 1 child - the door and the bath screen can’t be opened or pulled out at the same time and me and husband could not be in there together.The bathroom bins are tiny - pedal bins again a family hotel where babies wear nappies - one nappy filled it - awful smell in the bathroom and our family members next door - maybe the drains am not sure but it was gross it also had mould and limescale on -just grotty. It’s not cleaned every day only 5 days and you have to request towels - will probably say it’s the for the environment but it will be to cut costs - either way not acceptable. When I say clean they make the bed sort of and empty the bin - they leave the kitchen bit - if this was self catering completely fine but I didn’t choose self catering - I was in a hotel. Drains in the resort became a problem I couldnt stay outside on some occasions it smelt so bad. If you wanted a decent coffee or a nice drink that was extra- everything was extra am not sure why a hotel can claim all inclusive so miss leading. The drinks included were awful. The wine literally made my hairs stand on end and everything was warm. Water was not given. You received one bottle on arrival and you had to refill at stations that were sometimes empty. For a summer holiday with y children this was unacceptable....they did have beer on tap you could have as much as you wanted though 🙄of course but water is a no no. The beach was lovely although not part of the hotel as 20 euros plus daily for shades and loungers - we just paid though as pool was overcrowded and loungers disgusting. We spent a lot of time in the old town which was beautiful and food reasonably priced but to get a taxi from the hotel was a nightmare - no system waiting ages poorly managed. We went bed and breakfast for 10 days at the end of may. Me, my wife and 5 year old daughter and were really impressed with the hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, our bathroom was a bit dated and the view from the balcony was disappointing as we were put round the back facing the neighbouring hotel. We did ask for a pool or beach view when we arrived but were told that wasnt possible. So when booking it is worth requesting a pool or beach view. The breakfasts were good, alot to choose from and cooked to order omelletes are available. Just became a bit "samey" after a few days. The pool areas are brilliant and will keep the kids busy all day, with character and clown visits throuout the day, different pools i.e. splash pads, paddling pools, main pool, toddler pool, but be aware you will need to be up early to secure a good spot. Luckily we are early rises so were down reading our books at 7:30am and alot were already taken (towels on beds) The entertainment at night is great for the kids aswell, they really do get all the kids involved with different games dances and shows. I big shoutout has to go to Mackenzie who was brilliant throughout and works so hard! He made our daughters holiday and he was her little celebrity, she looked forward to seeing him every day. So thankyou Mackenzie if you read this. Unfortunately the hotel itself is a little isolated from the main towns but taxis are readily available at an average cost of €13 each way to the port. Buses run regular aswell but do get very busy at peak times. The area directly outside the hotel still has 3 or 4 resturants a few large supermarkets pony rides, trampolines and an arcade so dont worry to much. They also have a doctor on site which unfortunately we had to use but was very quick and took great care of me. All in all a terrific holiday and would definetly reccomend.
