Great service, food and accommodations. The staff was really great and make you feel at home and comfortable. They also arranged all excursions and everything was seamless. I’d certainly love to come back and recommend Ingagi to anyone visiting the area.

This Lodge was well located to see the gorillas and golden monkeys. The rooms/chalets were lovely and situated in an amazing garden area and all very private. Our room was down a long path and away from everyone. They set a fire in the fireplace every evening to warm the room. It was a bit cooler here than the other places we stayed in Rwanda. The food and chef at the lodge were great. The coffee was also excellent and we bought several pounds of coffee to take home. They offer complimentary foot massages and boot cleaning after the gorilla and monkey treks. They also had a show by local students of the dance and music culture. It was lots of fun and any donations go to their scholarship fund. This was a great place and we would love to return.

I stayed at Ingagi for 2 nights with friends and our stay was wonderful - we couldn't have asked for more! Every meal we ate was lovely with background music to provide such a calming atmosphere, was a real hit for us. Having a drink in the bar in the evenings whilst watching over the mountains was memorable. The rooms were clean and big for the three of us to stay in one room together. The staff looked after our every need, ensuring we were well equipped for a day's trekking to cleaning our boots when we arrived in the evening and providing us a much needed foot massage. The whole team provided a welcoming stay and id definitely come and stay again for future visits.

The friendly staff at Ingagi Lodge went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Gideon, my room attendant, built me a fire in the fireplace each evening and some afternoons too. He took away my muddy boots and clothes after our various gorilla and monkey treks to have them cleaned, and returned them promptly. The food was always good and plentiful, with the staff making special meal accommodations to fit with our schedule of activities. However, the Wi-FI did not extend to the rooms, but was available in the common areas (bar/restaurant/lounges). All in all, a great experience!

The staff were very friendly and attentive, We had some walking sticks that we had purchased and they helped wrap them up securely for transport back to the states. I had come down with a head cold, and they made an herbal tea for me to help with the symptoms. Each evening they started a fire in our rooms. They cleaned our muddy boots after each gorilla trek. The food was excellent. I highly recommend Ingagi Park View Lodge.

We had a terrific experience at the lodge when we stayed while doing a gorilla and a golden monkey trek. The lodge itself is quite a fabulous structure with very comfy sitting rooms and bar upstairs with terrific mountain view. The staff is wonderful— very friendly and attentive, really nice people and the service is excellent. We loved the foot massages and having our boots cleaned after hikes. The food is excellent. And the rooms are great— stone floors and fireplaces in each room, and nice porches. Spectacular setting. We highly recommend this lodge.

I spent a wonderful three nights here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food was amazing. The location was excellent and the grounds were filled with beautiful plants and flowers. The hotel was able to arrange gorilla, trekking, hiking, and viewing of the golden monkeys, as well as transfers to and from Kigali. They arranged a wonderful guide George for me. This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting volcanoes National Park and the hotel can arrange everything for you directly.

We stayed in a twin bed room which was very cozy. We had someone assigned to our room to come and start our fire each evening and fill up our hot water bottles to keep us warm. The staff are all very friendly and eager to assist in anyway. The food was delicious and each meal was fantastic.
