Nice hotel quite. I like it. The location very nice near malls.

I loved every minute of my stay at this lovely hotel . I was staying there as part of the Muscat International Film Festival- My room was very comfortable, great pillows and bedsheets - wonderful buffet breakfast lunch and dinner great , helpful warm staff I will definitely look forward to staying there again

I didn't enjoy my stay in this property. I went there on my motorcycle, with our riders group. We had booked 17 rooms, online through different portals because the hotel sales lady offered us higher rates. May be she thought we are not as smart as her and may not look at the online rates before we book! When we reached the hotel it was already 7pm. I went to take shower, the tap was faulty, the shower was throwing hot water and cold water in a few seconds interval and it just kept on repeating. I ignored this and took shower in cold water because I was so tired. Imagine this was in January and it was quite cold. The next day morning, it was the same and when I reported this while checking out, the front desk staff told me ''Yes we know about this issue and our engineering department is working on this''! This really made me angry! If they knew, why did they put this faulty room on sale? My fellow biker colleagues also complained about this issue. Someone can get burnt with that hot water as it just pumps boiling water even if you have adjusted the temperature! I do not want to talk about how nice the rooms are and the location is when they have done this!

Look, for around £60 UKL including breakfast you can't go wrong. Recently became part of Raddison and needs a bit of a make over as the hotel is essentially in a late 90s time warp in a nice sort of way. Room good size, but the windows let in a lot of street noise due to the fact they are plastic ill fitting and warped. The shower design is hopeless with water gushing over the bathroom floor underneath the glass screen. No BBC or CNN which I get but I don't. A lot of their guests are from the US, UK and Australia, so why not add one channel to the 50 that speaks English??? Breakfast really very good. Loads of choice and a really good buffet. All staff kind and helpful. Small pool on the roof for those that want to take a dip and breath in CO from the passing highway. A good business style hotel that caters for tourists like me. An ideal base for a couple of days prior to our Oman road trip.

More like a 4.5 star hotel - well decorated, very clean, spacious rooms and modern. Recently built. No issues finding parking outside and there's also an underground car park. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool and good sauna / spa facilities, although the ladies sauna wasn't working over the Xmas period. The adjoining mall is new-ish and has a large supermarket but many of the shops/restaurants are unfortunately vacant. Much to our surprise, the Omani gentleman in a grey suit wasn't very friendly at reception and was ignoring some of the non-Omani guests - the Indian staff were much more welcoming and friendly after we had to wait a while to be attended to during check-in. Great value if one of the cheaper 4 star hotel options in Muscat (breakfast add on was overpriced - almost the cost of the room!)

absolute 0 from 10 points! Room with Executive Lounge Access booked and not received! Due to constructions the Lounge is closed. We had to wait 1 Hour for our ordered dinner in the restaurant! Never again

The hotel is in a good location cloaenll big malls like email of Oman and avenues.. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely value for money. It is right next to Panorama mall but the mall is almost empty. It does have a supermarket and a couple of coffee shops that was convenient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I went to check it out before deciding and I felt the breakfast was not worth what you pay for it (10omr) - limited options.

Very nice hotel for a short visit in the city. Room was cleaned and perfect for our visit. We had a late flight and we were allowed to do late check out. It made a huge difference for us. Very nice and helpful lobby and dining room staff. Hotel provides free underground parking which was a game changer during high temperatures. Definitely recommended.
