Everything about this place is great. Food here is very delicious here and also The presentation of the food was beautiful. It really serves the purpose of making food look tasty. The behavior of staffs was also very nice and well behaved. A special Thanks to Chef Rati ! Well mannered and knowledgeable about food , They were very helpful and suggested some tasty cuisine. The timing of serving food was good too. We didn't have to wait long for the food to be served here. Interior design was beautiful as well. I really like the classy touch of the restaurant and hotel ,We went there for my wife s birthday celebration ! Awesome hospitality ! NAILED IT ! THANKS AGAIN TO CHEF RATI AND ENTIRE HOTEL TEAM !

I’m really impressed with the room cleanliness and the atmosphere of the hotel especially the food in the restaurant are amazing ( Kitchen 7 ) we went their to have breakfast after a journey the breakfast buffet was amazing especially chef Rati was very professional and very polite as he asked us what we want for breakfast as my husband was little sick we really appreciated his efforts and he is amazing and the service team also did a great job looking after us Would loved to come back in the future

This is a new Marriot Hotel, just one word, wow! I’ve stayed in many Marriot hotels and none compare to the service here (that I’m actually writing a review!). The service throughout the hotel is impeccable. A lot of fuss (in a good way) is made over guests and their experiences. A special special thank you to the Kitchen 7 staff Ranveer, Gopika, Sheila and chef Fatima (and her colleagues) were amazing. I absolutely loved those pancakes and that cappuccino! Thank you to everyone at JW Marriot Muscat. Other Marriot hotels can learn a few things from this team. Mahomed

One of the best 5 star hotel in Muscat. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Rooms are big and luxurious. The restaurant staff are very professional and take care of you very well. Ranveer, Chef Pawan, Jefferson and all Kitchen 7 staff have made our stay memorable.

The stuff hotel is friendly and helpful and they have excellent service specially one the the stuff at reception name chiacogze has excellent and beyond my expectation customer service and stuff at dyning at restaurant one of waiter joven and sheila they are best they provide us excellent service

This is my first time visiting the JW Marriott in Muscat, and I know it will not be my last. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well organized, and I felt cared for every moment of my stay. To give credit where credit is due, Muhammed and Ross warmly welcomed me and had my room quickly prepared for me even though I arrived hours before check in. Also, the staff in the executive lounge were exceptional, treating me as if I were family. Tashreeqa, Lita, Suresh, and Kim added the personal touch and connection that allowed me to feel at home. I hope to see them all again for my next visit! Also, Chef Hemraj of Kitchen 7 took great care with every meal for me, as I have a gluten allergy. He personally affirmed every meal I had was safe, which gave me such peace of mind. Thank you to all whom made my stay special. It was just what I needed.
