Great pool area, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is really good, and the hotel is very close to 2 great beaches with lots of beach clubs and restaurants. There’s also easy access to buses that can take you into town should you want to go.

Pros -Great and convenient location - Bus stop and other restaurants near by. Walking distance - Food and drinks were great at the bar - Breakfast buffet was tasty - Overall public areas are modern and chic - Complementary transfer to the port Cons - Outdated rooms. Seems they have renovated some rooms others are worn out. I suppose those old rooms are assigned to ******* bookings?! - Staff attitude is inconsistent. Some are really nice and genuinely friendly, others are borderline rude. - Cleanliness: tea and coffee tray was so dusty it seemed nobody has bothered to clean it in weeks. It was kind of gross - The scent at the public areas is overpowering, smells like a tons of hairspray.

We were very impressed with the service and staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious but lacked a few items such as extra hangers and the towels were pretty rough. And no hooks to hang your robes. I enjoyed our location of our room right off the infinity pool and view of the ocean. Also they did not replenish the toiletries each day. But overall it was a very nice stay and location was wonderful for our plans. Two nice beaches very close 2 minute walk. Shuttle and breakfast service was outstanding. And the dinner restaurant as well.

Stunning property with fantastic pools and amazing views. Store next door for waters, drinks and snacks. Restaurant at the hotel and several more just a few steps down the street at the beach. We didn't want to leave.

Nassaki is so beautiful, peaceful and BREATHTAKING! We were treated so well from arrival with champagne and a shuttle from the airport! We loved our room with the amazing sea view balcony! The on-site restaurant was amazing. Eating breakfast by the sea everyday was incredible! We LOVED every second at Nassaki!!

Rooms leave something to be desired for what is considered 5-star luxury. Some staff members were friendly, others were not. Breakfast was good, pool and views spectacular. I think they feel like since their location, view and pool are so nice they can let other areas slide like: - black mold by air conditioning - no plugs in the bathrooms? - old shower/ tub - terrible pillows - terrible hair dryer provided They also were not very accommodating to our requests. They claim they have all day free shuttles to the airport or ferry Port but forced us to go to the ferry over 2 hrs early because they didn’t have anything available at a later time. Left a bad taste in our mouth at the end of our stay.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing. My wife and I visited for our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for. They even went the extra distance and had roses placed in the room to surprise my wife on arrival. The view over the bay is top notch as well as the spa and restaurant on the property, which provides the best breakfast each morning. We definitely recommend staying at Nissaki. All around an amazing experience.

We loved the hotel, staff, spa, gym. The breakfast was amazing with tons of choices. The views were stellar. Shout out to the two Maria, Ελευθερία saki, the two Kostas, Anastasia and the receptionist. All were wonderful and very helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay here again and again.
