Very nice and clean and good breakfast . The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Room was clean. Staff was nice but the couple that handles the continental breakfast are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met! I loved them!

Host was excellent and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable and gave me a back ache. Thought they had a hot tub but only had a pool that looked dirty. It was ok.

Nice & clean close by the outlets nice heated pool yes I would stay here again

The staff is nice and friendly. The hot complimentary was good. The hotel itself could use a update.

Everyone was very nice toward me and Ms. Wanda and the Chef was outstanding 👌 and made me feel at home.

Check in was easy, especially when the check in person was so friendly! Place is clean and very inviting.

I did not get to stay. My wife and I had troubles and she called and said that we may have to cancel because of our situation that we were in. I told her to not cancel the room and that we would be back in contact with them. We showed up at the hotel and were told the room had been cancelled. I told him we did not cancel the room but did talk to a lady earlier. He said she cancelled the room. I said that is not what we told her. He flipped the computer screen around at us knocking over the sign in a very agitated state. Then accused us of being hostile. Needless to say I will be contacting the head manager and letting them know the entire story. Worst hotel experience in my life. Oh and we had to find another place to stay at 12:30 in the morning.

Great stay! Very nice staff! Clean and great location! Impressive hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, and other great hot and cold items.
